Three days after purchasing the pool on May 27 it was delivered. So I have had a huge pallet of pool parts taking up my garage. They said it would be 6 weeks before it would be installed. It is now going on week 9! The part that really ticks me off is that I've called several times trying to get an estimate of how much longer it will be but NO ONE answers the phone in the installation department and they certainly don't call you back. If you want a pool, go someplace else.

It started with him not honoring the discount of the pool kit that was an extra 90 dollar's that he guaranteed that my pool would open clear, or it would go towards the opening of the pool.
