They listened to what I wanted even when it wasn't what was considered best by dental standards. I had extensive surgery, a lot of the first work with the ick dentist had to be removed. (Do your research) I had to have zygomatic implants ( in my cheeks) and alot of bone grafting. I had alot of bone loss. I will say I HIGHLY RECOMMEND KELLY PODLOSKY!!!! Dr. Bailey did our consult and was friendly and personable immediately, setting my son at ease about the process. Because we were to be traveling close to the scheduled day of extraction they moved our appointment up by a week to allow for my son to have more recovery time and got us in the day after our consultation! The day of the procedure they took my son back and reiterated how the process would go. Dr. Ben and his team took great care of my son. They were done sooner than expected and my son was awake and doing well. The take home instructions were easy to follow and they sent us home with all the tools we needed for a successful recovery. My son did great and they were so patient with all my questions and concerns about taking him home. They followed up after a few days and reminded us on next steps. I have never felt any pain when Dr. Nodtvedt injects novicain prior to procedures. And he will always verify you are "feeling free" before proceeding. He shifted the failure to the specialist's work, he doesn't take the responsibility and cannot be trusted.
