I made the mistake of sending him most of the balance that was owed because he made up some sob story about his wife leaving him, not having money for gas, getting sent to jail for a week for seeing his kid, etc. Now I have no doorbell, cameras that don't work, lost my money, and he won't respond to calls/texts. I've waited a few months to see if anything would change but nothing. I had a few other people contact him acting like they wanted new installs (since he claimed to have been in jail), and he was quick to respond to them. He's just avoiding me since he already stole my money and doorbell camera. Won't even respond to give me the password to my system. Mind you we (my colleagues) had used him in the past at other properties and had good experiences. Something has changed and he is not good/reliable like he used to he. Just a liar, thief, and a scum now.

We went with seven cameras and a skybell doorbell, just like a ring doorbell but interfaces with a home protection system. We had an existing home protection system andd Robert quoted us on replacing it with his company's. They used all my existing motion and door sensors and added two glass breakage sensors. Replaced the controller. In addition to installing the seven cameras they also mounted a 43" monitor. The install was mostly done by Clay, Bill and Kyler. Robert was there off and on and did advise and do some hands on as well. Great job on the install, very clean and the wires hidden as much as possible. Looked very professional and I am very picky. The integration of the two alarm systems had some bugs but that would be expected and Robert worked them out quickly. I definitely recommend Robert and ASAP Security.

And it is so state of the art! I love that the system is wireless and that we can control the system from our smartphone AND they gave us each a key fob remote. Just a push of a button on our key ring and we can arm, disarm or hit an emergency alarm key. So convenient! We are very pleased with both the service and the system.
