Extremely Disappointed After Years of Loyalty…read more After spending thousands of dollars over the last seven years as a loyal client of Skin & Body 101 in Parker, I am shocked and appalled at how unprofessionally I was treated once I decided to cancel my membership. Despite canceling, they continued to charge me, and when I followed up, I was lied to -- told that I had been refunded *last month*, which was completely false. Not only was there no refund but I was also met with hostility. Angela outright yelled at me and seemed incapable of understanding why I was furious that they had essentially ** stolen money from me. This kind of behavior is not only unethical, but It's no wonder there are rumors floating around that they struggle to pay people reliably It also speaks volumes that for years after moving to their "new" location, they couldn't even afford a clinic sign just a blank wall and some excuses. The only redeeming part of this place has been Caitlin, a truly talented esthetician who has always been professional, knowledgeable, and kind. I sincerely hope she finds a better, more reputable clinic where her skills are properly valued. If you're considering Skin & Body 101, think twice. Loyalty and money clearly mean nothing to them -- and neither does basic integrity.

I always look forward to my monthly facials with Caitlin. You start off with a nice cleanser, you get a choice of dermabrasion or derma-planning along with a chemical peel. I've gone a few months without my facial during the holidays and I can see a noticeable difference. They also have other services such as Botox, fillers, lasers. I had my last session of Morpheus8 and excited to see the end result. The staff has become like family, I always look forward to seeing Angela and Caitlin. Unprofessional scheduling--- I'll let that go if that was the only complaint, but seriously, getting anything straight was a disaster. 3. THE BIG ONE. I had to cancel an appointment with 8 hours notice. Now, I wish it was because I was taking a beautiful all expenses vacay and well, gosh, just forgot the day I had the appointment. But no. I had a friend pass away from cancer yesterday-- only a year older than me with two young kids. They will not see another holiday with their mom, my friend. Not to mention, I have a very sick pet family member who needed to be seen by an emergency vet twice this week. Both have exhausted me financially, emotionally, psychologically, and physically. Probably not the best time to get your LASHES filled when you can't stop crying and your eyes are puffy? I don't know. Not a lash expert. Long story short. I was mistaken though, it doesn't give NEAR the results as the TAMA technology that Stacy uses. Night and day difference! I have a fair complexion with thin sparse eyelashes. I decided to try the Hawrych lash enhancer and it made an incredible difference on my lashes, they are substantially longer & darker now and the last time I went in, Stacy for real thought I had mascara on!
