The employees there are great . Management needs help. They changed payment options three times in less than a year. I found out right before I purchase from the cashier that they don't accept NANO card anymore. Are you kidding me AGAIN you change the payment process and you don't notify loyal customers about it a head of time so we can be prepared!! Now I have a loaded NANO card with no idea what other businesses accept it. No sign in the front door that states " We are not accepting NANO card anymore". I leave empty handed again because they change the payment system over and over again. FRUSTRATING !!!!!!!!!! I may have to take my business else where. read more

I'm not a regular cannabis user, nor am I particularly well educated on the topic. I went into jade room hoping to get more info on cannabis lotion for pain relief. There were relatively few choices and I found the prices to be unreasonably high. A cursory Google search revealed several shops in the area with a much better selection and lower prices. The shop was also very small and the polite staff seemed overwhelmed with the small number of patrons. I don't think I'll be back. read more

This place makes you feel like you're shopping at a legitimate business. It's not in some shady run-down strip mall. The parking is great, the security is friendly, the check-in is quick, and the show room is beautiful. And despite all that, their prices are competitive. I've never had to wait in line either. I grabbed 4 disposable half gram vapes and my total was already at $160. Walked out and went to Green Cross instead where there was no wait, plenty of staff and got SIX disposable vapes plus an edible for $180. I will never go back to Jaderoom. read more
