I then corrected myself via email and text with about 40 hours advanced noticed. I was confirmed they received my change and would be there for the rental between 2-5 p.m. At 1:45 p.m. the day of the party I recieved a text from the company informing me that they will not be showing up. They gave their technician the wrong address and the technician decided he was not going to going to the party anymore. So the company canceled 15 minutes before show up time oh and I would receive 30% off my next party with them. I attempted to text back and call with no response from either. Do yourself a favor DO NOT BOOK THEM They cancel 15 minutes before the book time. I was forced to find another company very last minute. Luckily they came through.

However, on the day of our event, we weren't able to get in contact with anyone despite multiple calls and texts, which was extremely stressful--especially since we had advertised the mechanical bull as part of our event. After about two hours, we finally heard back from David. He apologized and explained that the bull was out of order and he had just found out. We do appreciate that he took accountability and issued a refund immediately. That said, the lack of communication on the day-of made for a difficult situation and impacted our event.

The set up guys called the owner, Eric, and he was rude saying if this doesn't work I will just give you a full refund. My son tested out the waterslide and if the set up guys were not holding the strap down after staking it in the grass, it would have tipped right over onto the concrete which would have resulted in a serious injury. I agreed with Eric that since it was not working and was not the length they promised that I would accept the refund. He said ok and they took up the waterslide. I have been calling and texting for my refund. Finally, the other owner, Jessica told me she will NOT be extending the refund. I disputed this with my bank and am willing to take this matter up legally all the way.
