The work was to be completed in a matter of a couple of weeks but after months of calling, going by shop (they were never in), threatening, I finally caught them in. I demanded my clothes be returned. She would not give them to me until I paid full-price in cash, whether the work was done or not. I went down the street to the bank, got the cash and paid her. I collected all my clothes and they were ruined. Over $3,000 worth of suits trashed. One jacket had one sleeve so narrow I couldn't get my arm through it and the other sleeve was untouched! A total disaster. Do not leave your clothes with these hacks. You will be sorry, I was!

Today I went in with a hooded coat that I thought needed a new zipper and asked how much to install. The young lady examined it and got the zipper back on track and did not charge me anything. She could have put in a new zipper and charged me but she was honest and so helpful. It is a nice clean shop with private fitting rooms and several ladies doing the alterations, wedding/prom gowns, etc I believe you will be happy with their services if you need alterations.
