Worst service I have ever experienced!! I had my dress dry cleaned by them a few weeks back. I…read morenoticed that they didn't get the stains out of the bottom of the dress & also during the dry cleaning process the underwire for my corset on my dress had come out. (Wasn't like that when I dropped it off initially) So I dropped my elopement/reception dress off last Thursday & was given a 2 day turnaround time. I called Monday & Tuesday still no dress. I called today (Thursday ONE WEEK LATER) & still no dress! The lady on the phone just kept saying sorry I don't have an ETA. I needed my dress for my reception on Friday. The owner Lee & his wife were not helpful at all! They didn't offer any resolution or care that they were at fault! They had no explanation as to why the dress wasn't ready. I had been waiting all day for a notification from Krystal all day about the arrival of my dress. I happened to be driving by the building & I saw a vehicle outside. When I pulled up I saw my dress hanging up & I saw her inside. Once she let me know I noticed she was trying to sew my dress. (Which should have already been done) This is when I noticed that now the underwire had completely come out on both sides of my dress. I was so upset and still there was no resolution. I left the location with my dress unaltered, still stained, & pissed off. Worst customer service experience. I told Krystal multiple times she needed to get a manager on the phone and I needed to talk to them and it was just excuses of "oh he's driving" and when the manager did answer she wouldn't allow me to speak to them. Nor did the manager ask to speak to me to help me fix THEIR mistake.
