After reviewing the beautiful arrangements on their website I ordered one for delivery the following day. I received a confirmation email, but wasn't 100% sure what I'd get, as often times what you see online isn't exactly what's delivered. Just a terrible overall experience. Not only did they mess up our flower arrangement but had the nerve to act like we're stupid and saying it's in there policy that they can substitute flowers and design if certain flowers aren't available. Management acting like I'm dumb and I don't know that flowers are seasonal. We ordered an arrangement called lavender affair and ended up with an arrangement that is largely pink and white. After they agreed that it was nothing like the photo they had the warehouse remake it. Running already late to a surprise proposal which we didn't make it too because we would ruin the surprise, we arrive to the warehouse to pick up the supposedly new and better arrangement turned out to have way less flowers and worse then the original. If lavender flowers aren't available you can let the customer know so they can be aware and chose something else. Not the first time I've had an issue with Jadore. Last time I ordered an arrangement with a pearl handle only to go last minute and they tell me they are out of pearl handles. In summary very overpriced ( which is not an issue if the quality is up there as well) and terrible customer service, management and mediocre arrangements. read more

My daughter received a beautiful arrangements delivered to our house from a friend. I kept the flower companies information to order from them for future events/occasions. I finally placed an order on line for same day delivery to an ill relative. After placing the order on line there was no acknowledgement of the order by email. I waited a few hours to give them time to respond as I placed the order early morning. After a couple of hours I called the Glendale branch where the order was placed and was put on hold for 10 minutes. Finally I was able to confirm the order was received. I asked if they will send an email as a confirmation upon delivery, the lady said "yes" but she's in a rush so I didn't ask anymore questions. I was expecting an email with a picture of the arrangements I ordered and what was delivered are one in the same, no email sent. My cousin sent a message they received the flowers but didn't send a picture of what was delivered so I am hoping what I ordered on line is what was delivered but off course there is no way to confirm as this flower shop didn't even bother to send an email as stated during my phone call. The arrangements are not cheap! The least you can do is send your customers a picture of the arrangement as all transaction was ordered on line! You need to improve your customer service!!! read more

Firstly: These are the nicest arrangements I've ever given to my GF, they literally are amazing. The colors, tonality and personalized touches make all the difference in the world. The woman who took my order on the phone, asked me a bunch of Q's about what I liked, and invited me to peruse their Instagram/Pinterest and find something I liked as a example, after taking my feedback and the flowers were delivered, my GF called me almost in tears. She told me no one has ever sent her flowers this amazing. The other cool thing, they are super fresh - the flowers lasted over 2 weeks on our Dining table and made the whole home smell amazing. I called about a week before Valentine's Day and spoke to a man on the phone. From what I can tell, he was middle eastern descent. Anyhoo, I tried to gain info on their pricing, availability and delivery and he was not having it. In fact, he was rude, short, snobby and condescending. The complete opposite of what I would expect from a place that charges $250 for a bouquet! Save your time and frustration and go to any number of other high class establishments, e.g. Jacob Maarse where the customer service is stellar and you can get the same bouquets for half the price. read more

Ordered flowers days before V day to be sent to my wife at work. I called in the day before to check on my order and delivery timeframe, they told me a "florist has started my order" and business locations will be delivered first. Great...next day, nothing around 1-2pm, so I call. Lady on the phone says oh, a florist just started your order it's in process. Long story short, they lied, took on too many ordered and my flowers got delivered at 8pm when my wife was already home. I spent over $300 for an arrangement...No apologies, no empathy, it is what it is. I get it you're busy it's a big day. Lack of planning on your part, staff better, don't make people feel like things are happening when they're not. DONT TAKE orders if you can't handle it. Lost my business for sure. read more

I ordered an arrangement on Friday, June 18th, and had same day delivery. The arrangement was left at my door step and the recipient arrived home within minutes of the delivery. To my utter, and complete shocking surprise, I received photos from the recipient thanking me for my kind gesture, but expressing how withered/old/NOT fresh the roses appeared. I was extremely embarrassed, especially after the reputation JFL holds. I contacted the studio city location and was told the type of rose I ordered has that appearance and was assured the roses were fresh. After viewing a video the recipient sent me, I was more unsatisfied with the appearance of the petals (not the top portion of the roses as were described to normally appear). I called the studio city location back and they assured me a manager would contact me. Later that night, I received a text message stating a new arrangement would be delivered the following day. I refused this as my recipient was no longer at the location and another arrangement was not needed. On Monday, June 21st, I had still not recieved a phone call from a manager with a solution to my problem. Again, I contacted to studio city location, and was asked by the receptionist to send a photo, via text, to the phone number provided. The receptionist gasped and stated, "Oh my gosh! I am so sorry this happened, I will take care of this immediately!" I did not hear back from anyone and again, sent a text message asking for an update. A text message was sent to me offering a 20% refund, which is completely unacceptable. I replied and asked for a manager to contact me and have yet to receive a response. This is completely unprofessional, from a prestigious, well known establishment that not only I, but all my professional colleagues have used numerous times. The quality of roses received for this order are NOT up to par, no matter what attempts to justify the "natural look" are made. JFL, you have failed to provide me with a solution and continue to ignore my requests to speak with a manger. This issue needs to be addressed by a responsible person within the company. read more
