I visited here yesterday for Valentine's Day to buy my wife flowers. I had a specific idea of what I wanted and the girls made it happen for me. Melanie was very helpful and patient. Also the designer ( I forgot to ask her name) very helpful. As you can see in the attached picture she did a flawless job. My wife is very happy with the flowers she got. Will definitely be using them again! Ordered their gold roses as a surprise birthday gift for a male family member. Communication was excellent! Adita (spelling?) helped me initially decide on the good color and then I completed my order online. She called after the order was placed to verify the color because I had selected rose gold by accident. Then she called back to double check the address. The delivery driver also called to make sure it was ok to deliver to the recipient's front door. For the price you're paying it's good to know that they want to make sure you receive EXACTLY what you want and are satisfied with your purchase. My family member was extremely happy with what he received!

The most beautiful fresh roses! Every rose is good quality. They last for so long and once they dried out it's still holds its beauty. The delivery was quick and easy. Highly recommend J'adore Le Fleurs!

I placed an order online for their "Athena" arrangement. I was absolutely stunned by the colors and flowers when I saw it. Truly just GORGEOUS! And it helped that the arrangement shared my name, like a sign from God that it was meant to be. But I'm getting side tracked here. Some of the flowers were not in season when I placed my order. However, the team at J'Adore Les Fleurs went above and beyond to make this beautiful arrangement come to life. I received a call notifying me of the issue and when I called back we went to work on which flowers were available and what we could change. They sent me photos of the arrangement so I could explain what I wanted to change until it was to my liking. They even told me they will make alterations if there was something I disliked when I saw it in person! I appreciated that so much. After the first set of changes I was pretty much satisfied! I included my arrangement photo with the original one online so you can see the differences. I must say the flowers were FRESH and smelled beautiful, I was absolutely enamored! Just be aware that these beauties are not cheap but definitely worth it!

Absolutely BEST arrangements and service! They perfectly execute every floral request I have for any occasion. Couldn't be happier to have found them and am a lifelong customer now!

I honestly wish there was more than five stars to rate. I got flowers for my best friends birthday (3rd arrangement from Jadore) and they always raise the bar higher and higher each time! Beautiful selection of boxes but more importantly the florals were of superior quality and freshness. The florist is absolutely talented and has a keen eye for aesthetics. She was very professional and even made suggestions when deciding which box to choose based on the occasion. For the price point, I would definitely return here for florals. Thank you!!! Oh and it was a welcome baby (boy) arrangement which was impeccably designed. I was impressed. The only downside and it not having to do with their business per se, was the location and lack of parking. Oh and the smell of the bakery next door unless your a fan of ponchik smell. read more

For an overpriced floral boutique, you would expect better customer service. My husband sent me flowers and told them to make the arrangement with mixed colors. What I received were all peach roses (that's one color) in a pink box. When he called to tell them they sent a wrong order, the lady argued that he insisted their "designer specialist" make something nice in her own preference. Well, if the designer is a specialist, please tell me why she chose PEACH roses in a PINK box because that color combo just doesn't work. Regardless, my husband didn't insist anything about a specialist choosing her own colors. He simply said mixed colors. Point is even after calling they didn't want to do much about it or apologize. She said they can re deliver the correct one.... hmm how about a refund for $300 of the wrong order? read more

I immediately noticed there was no clear explanation of the process -- I had to ask questions just to understand how things worked. Despite that, I gave very clear and specific instructions: a red rose, wrapped with black trim, gold-sprayed leaves, and baby's breath. On the day of pickup, I called to confirm the order was ready and was met with rudeness over the phone. When I arrived and saw the boutonniere, I was completely disappointed -- there was no baby's breath. When I asked about it, I was told, "Oh, I didn't put it. I thought what I added looked more elegant." Imagine paying for something and having someone change your order based on their personal preference. That is unacceptable. I had to firmly express my concerns and insist that it be corrected to match what we originally discussed and ordered. While I waited for it to be fixed, it was frustrating to say the least. Instead of baby's breath, she added small yellow flowers that would have completely clashed with his suit and the color theme of his party. Thank goodness this was not our wedding day -- the outcome could have been an absolute disaster. I'm sharing this so others are aware: double-check your order before leaving. Unfortunately, I will not be returning and cannot recommend this business.

I walked in today to place an order in person, the florist there was very helpful.He had knowledge about the flowers and he explained to me which colors work best with each other. He is a true artist in floral design. The owners were also there and they were such a sweet family. There's not too many businesses out there that are run by a small family. I felt very welcomed and a part of them. They helped me choose the perfect arrangement for a "thank you" for a close friend of mine. Long story short I contacted a sweet lady named Gayane and told her what I wanted and she spent her time sending me pictures of different designs to make sure I'm fully satisfied now this is what I call customer service!
