This was the first time I used delivery & the Glendale location. I have previously bought & picked up flowers from the Studio City location. They have an excellent selection of arrangements that are new & different from the boring FTD arrangements you see in most shops. They aren't cheap but the quality of the flowers & uniqueness of the arrangement is worth it. They are definite show stoppers & each time my wife was shocked by how big they were, how good they looked, & how long they last. If you follow the care directions closely they usually last a couple weeks until they start to turn. This time I ordered flowers online for my wife's location in Riverside. The arrangement was exactly as it looked online. My wife works at a hospital so I was slightly worried they might get lost looking for her. However, not only did they find her, the delivery person waited for her to take possession of them before leaving. This is the only time a delivery person has ever waited instead of just dropping them off with the floor secretary! It's nice to know they deliver all the way out to the Inland Empire because there aren't any florists similar to this in quality or looks in the area. Kudos for the arrangement, the delivery range, & the delivery person. I would highly recommend for something that is sure to be a crowd pleaser & make your loved one them for "over the top" flowers! read more

I first placed my order with the pacific palisades store and the girl took down all my info and cc# and said she would transfer my order to glendale as they would be delivering my flowers. a couple days went by I didn't get an confirmation so I was a little bit worried... Order was placed day early, the card shows as bday gift and they want to delivery 7pm or the next day when we are leaving for bday dinner. What a waste of time and energy. They charge you arm and a leg but service is worst than ever. I would not recommend wasting your time. Wanted to try this place out after seeing beautiful pictures on Instagram. When I arrived, I noticed the flower choice was very limited, very small selection and variety, also there are no pre-arranged baskets, unless you order ahead of time. I asked them to put together a bouquet of mixed flowers. It took close to 40 minutes to do so. In the meantime I'm 9 months pregnant and asked to use the restroom while I waited as i did not expect it to take so long. I was told that I was not allowed to use their restroom. Perhaps there is a specific law that prohibits pregnant customers from using the restroom. After one of the employees noticed how long it was taking and I was pacing in the shop, she offered me to use the restroom, I declined as I was already disappointed by the lack of professionalism and empathy expressed by the prior employee. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars and not one is because the bouquet they put together was nice, even though it was not worth the price I paid, it was still nice. read more

Its gotta be that "wow" factor. These flowers were gorgeous. I decided to order some flowers for my girlfriend. This was going to be a great surprise gift. I telephoned the store at around 1:45pm. The person on the phone who helped me gave me some great suggestions. I told her the color my girlfriend liked and she helped me with the different colors of flowers and the color of the box. I personally liked that the flowers were presented in a hat box. I asked if I could pick up the flowers at 5 and they said yes. The flowers were waiting for me on a table in the store. I loved how they looked and smelled. It is a very stunning arrangement. I literally said wow when I saw them. My girlfriend loved the flowers. Now are these arrangements beautiful.. Yes. To start off, flower are the greatest thing to anyone who loves them. If you understand what it means to talk to flowers then we're on the same page! Flowers are one thing that bring a smile to anyone's face just as soon as they see them. When I heard about J'Adore I was almost sold by the name being so elegant but then when I got to experience the actual flowers I saw what quality was all about & that was it. My sister was having a big event called her special day "Wedding Day" every woman's dream! =) I already knew without a doubt where I was going to take my business. I started off by browsing their Instagram page which I had already browsed ever since I heard about them. I already had one of the most gorgeous arrangements in mind to choose. I send them a snap shot of my preference & without a doubt they got back to me immediately which was a plus in my books for customer service. I was assisted by a sweetheart by the name of Ginger, who went above & beyond to assist me with all my questions & even had them answered before I can ask them. I got not 1, not 2 but 3 beautiful arrangements which was put together by Ginger herself which sparked up the whole head table at the wedding. We got so many compliments not only about how beautiful the arrangements were but how great they quality of the flowers looked! Ginger even went out of her way to follow up with me & even text me photos of every arrangement she made to make sure it was to my satisfaction!!
