I like to support local businesses. I had a bad experience here the first time I had my eyebrows waxed, but I wanted to give them another chance. I made an appointment a week in advance for 2pm on a weekday. On the day of my appointment, Ashra called me at 1:20pm asking quite rudely if I was coming in. I said yes, I would be there at 2. She said, "It's 2:15!" I said, "No it's not, you must have forgotten to change your clock over the weekend". She didn't really apologize, just said they couldn't change their clock because it was up too high (you can't look at your phone or your watch?) and I could come in any time I liked. I arrived 5 minutes early. There were no customers in the shop. Ashra didn't offer to take my coat or offer me anything to drink, just hustled me into the tiny, cramped room in the back that looks like a storage closet. I have told her twice now that I have sensitive skin. Instead of being gentle, she literally ripped the skin off my eyelids and around my eyes and she pulled hair out of my head - that really hurt. It took a week for the spot on my eyelid to heal. Plus, my eyebrows look terrible - imprecise job. Very disappointed.

If you have a complaint of service that is one thing but to attack persons based on nationality or any other God given thing you are now just being hateful.
