Their website is easy to navigate & they use a text reminder system once you've booked. You can also call or walk-in, but I absolutely recommend making an appointment. The place itself is very clean and bright - also on the smaller side so I really did feel relaxed while getting both my manicure/pedicure. I upgraded and got the green tea pedicure, which was honestly so worth it. I really did need a refresh, and for just a bit more, it was an extra few minutes more of relaxing. For my manicure, they used a hand mask, which was such a nice little extra touch to the service. It really is the small elevated touches that have moved this place to the top of my list.
