Currently sitting in the chair as I write this review. On Monday, May 24th I called the salon and asked if they were able to take 3 walk-in pedicures. She responded that they could take 2 of us immediately, and that the 3rd person in our party would only have to wait 10-15 minutes. This was complete BS. They took 1 of us back, left 2 of us sitting up front for 20 minutes, then took us both at once. Once 1 person in our party is taken back, we obviously can't leave so that trapped us here. We sit in the water again for about 20 minutes before they start working on another ONE of us. It takes over another 30 minutes for them to start working on the last person in our party, and by then her water is freezing, so she took her feet out. What does the nail tech do instead of giving her new, hot & fresh water for having to wait so long? She just shuts it off completely and doesn't say a word. I get it, the weather is warming up and you're busy, but don't tell us one thing and then completely do another just to get our business. They also didn't wear gloves during our services. But the guy that did my nails made me feel very comfortable and I was able to point out some things that I wanted to come out a different way! I wanted my nails all "French tip" which was done ! I came here on Wednesday with one of my friends and left feeling really disappointed and mad that I spent my money here. I came in for a pedicure and my friend got her nails dipped. Her service was good. The pedicure I got however was horrible. To begin, they hardly have any regular nail polish colors compared to other nail salons, and a lot of the polishes were brands I had never heard of. No one really wants to choose an off brand nail polish when they get their nails done because they want it to last. Anyways, when the lady was doing the pedicure, she cut my toes three times- each time bled. She didn't apologize or even look like it was a bad thing I was bleeding. I also felt uneasy because she was pulling tools out of her apron instead of grabbing ones from the sanitized area- you can imagine how I felt not knowing if they were sanitized as she was cutting my toes. When she sprayed alcohol on my toes she really sprayed the pets she cut- which really really hurt. At the beginning of my pedicure, I had asked how much a design costs- she told me $5. After a while I look down and she is painting a flower- I hadn't asked to have one- I just wanted to know the cost- could have been a language barrier thing but it was still frustrating. While she was doing the flower she messed up 3 times and started over. I appreciate the fact she was trying to make it right, but I didn't actually want a flower in the first place, and she kept messing up something that should be super simple. I don't plan to go back here because it was very painful for me and I'm worried about sanitation. I've included a photo of their prices. I honestly wish I hadn't paid, and just want my money back. This place discriminates against males coming in for a touch up. Don't bother schedule an appointment here if your a male. They literally checked me and my coworker in for our appointments, but had me wait for almost an hour, so I waited because they looked understaffed. Okay so try this place for the first time today after being recommended by one of my coworkers, My first impression was the place was very clean very nice, the wait was about 40 minutes, but it was also around 5 o'clock on a Friday so I expected it to be busy, I know people are getting off of work and getting ready for the weekend so I expected it to be busy... however I was greeted and seated right away and given a box of over 150 gel colors to choose from, I was very impressed with the selection of gel colors!!!! There is about 4 other ladies waiting before me and there is about 5 ladies there on staff, so I waited about 40 minutes, which was fine because they offered me a soda or water, which was nice but I already had a iced tea with me... I chatted with a lady who was drying her nails who highly recommended the place and told me she had been going there for about a year, her nails were very nice she had acrylics that looked so natural I mistaked them for her own nails, they were also very thin which I like when I see acrylics... So a girl whose name was Lynn had checked on me once while I was waiting to make sure I was okay and make sure that I picked out a color, they gave me an ETA for my gel manicure, and she went back to working... so finally Lynn took care of me, I wanted to do two different colors and wanted a flower design so we discussed what colors and what the design would look like which was nice because she didn't stick my hands in a bowl of water right away... then she painted my nails with the first gelcoat, which she did very thin and ultimately the finished manicure looked very nice, neat ,clean and professional... I ended up getting a pedicure, with a different color purple, however Lynn let me know that I can get the same color in regular polish for a pedicure, but I wanted to be daring so overall both of my ladies(Lynn did my gel mani and Vie did my pedi) did such a terrific job but I'll definitely be coming back, even though the price was definitely more than I was used to the work was so beautiful that I think it's worth it read more

When I read the reviews on this salon they weren't good, but I still decided to go, because I like to give places the benefit of the doubt. The people are nice and welcoming, but I was very disappointed with my nails. What I really wanted was pink and white ombré, but they couldn't do it. So I settled for glitter ombré, which wasn't how it was in the picture I showed them. I got dip powder with manicure and I paid $51. The dip wasn't strong enough and my nails still seemed thin. The next day my nails cracked and the dip foundation was starting to lift. 3 days later the gel started peeling. I decided to get my nails re- done some place else waste of money and time, and I was so annoyed. Definitely won't go back ever read more

Used to come here when it was She N Nails and this is my first time at the new place. Wonderful set up and my friend and I came in with no appt and were seated right away. We both got a full set mani and a pedicure, they offer a lot more options now and I got hot towels, massage with this green gel and more. The guy who did my nails was very nice and funny. Well... I wasn't going to post I didn't complain to the salon but I think I have to speak up, I'm very very upset with paying 85$ for a gel manicure and pedicure that was only going to last me a week and a half. I got my nails done on 2/12/22. I had an appointment for me and my mom. Victor did not show for my moms appt nor did they offer for her to come back when he would be in and make her a priority. Dewy ended up taking my mom instead of me even tho we both had appts at 11am for manicure and pedicure. Holly was supposed to do my pedicure and instead took two others instead of me while dewy did my manicure. I did not get my pedicure started until almost 1:30 pm left the salon until 2:30pm. My mom was finished at 1 before me. Very annoyed with the outcome. Me and my mom have been coming here for a long time but this really changed our minds. Almost $250 dollars spent between us two and to be unhappy after a week and a half is not fair. I really hope the salon can do something for us. Also I'm pregnant and waited this long! Me and a friend girl went to this place by accident due to the nail salon I experienced 7 months ago was across the street This shop is clean, they offer water and it they said a 10 minute wait. I just needed a pedicure so I asked do you have a color close to my gel polish on my hands. She said, you find. Well, i picked a color and sat in the spa chair. She did a regular pedicure but when it came to cleaning under the toe nails, she did the first 2 on each foor and touched the other three. Like that justifies cleaning under the toe nails. As she polished my toes it seemed as if the polish was to sticky. I mentioned it and she said, " isn't this your polish?" (she said it with frustration ) I said, no ... just take it off please . She started talking to tother technicians in her native language immediately. They kept saying this was my polish. I said, no! Maybe another customer left but it isn't mine. So she said, let me try again. I said ok. It was better after she put fingernail Polish removal in it. read more

This place was great. The salon was clean and well decorated. The design I asked for came out very cute. Manicurist was professional and very nice. Would have been a 5 start review but I felt like the price was expensive for gel nails. Especially since my previous gel was already removed. Regular gel manicure is 25. Because I had a design it was 30. Plus $1 charge for paying with my card. So $31 total. Not sure if I would regularly want to spend that much money for a gel manicure. My daughter and I stopped in today for the first time and I am very happy to say we were both pleasantly surprised. They took us as mid week walk ins. We did have a slight but I was placed in a very relaxing massage chair and offered water or soda. It was clean, decorated elegantly and they used a plastic bag in the water bowl to keep things sterile. All the equipment Vie used was sterilized and the nail files she used were new and looked like 1 time use. She took her time, made sure I knew of the charges and didn't try and upsale me but did show me the menu so I could decide on my package. She did a beautiful job with my french gel pedicure and also did a fantastic job massaging my feet with reflexology points. I felt happy and pampered. Prices are within normal range and they also gave me a coupon. You get points for using cash also that go toward a $5. My daughter got her manicure done by Kelly who also did a great job. She was friendly and my daughter's nails were done beautifully for prom. The last few places we have gone were not the best experiences. We will definitely come back here! read more

This was my second time coming here for a pedicure. The lady I had the first visit was very gentle and nice, did an awesome job at a gel pedicure and massage, so I decided to come back. When I returned the second time, the new lady working on me was EXTREMELY rough. She was digging with a tool on the sides of my toes (I'm not sure why since it wasn't long from the last time I went) and was clipping the skin multiple times repeatedly to the point where I was flinching and even then she still proceeded to do it. The massage wasn't too good this time. As I got in the car I noticed I had spots of polish on some of my toes. Today (the next day) both of my big toes are red and PAINFUL in the spots where she was working on. With tip I paid $40. Won't be coming back. :( read more
