(Ken's wife) I'm usually too lazy to write reviews thus rarely ever write one.. But after reading a review recently, I have to come to this salon's defense. It was partially my fault, I had an appointment with my sister to have my regular pedicure and manicure done before my wedding; and changed our minds in the middle of our manicure because the lady in the next chair recommended us to do long nails as it would look better for pictures with the ring. So, we did and were so happy with the new set. At first the technicians asked me to come back in the afternoon cause their other scheduled appointments would be coming in half an hour. But we had our hair appointment after the nail appointment and many other errands to run before the Big Day tomorrow. We'd literally beg them to squeeze us in. I apologize to my nail tech for delaying and pushing off her appointments. Sorry Princess if we ended up costing you a customer. I only come once or twice every blue moon, but every visit we're super satisfied. I liked the my Royal pedicure spa services, which included cut down, file, buffer nails, trim cuticle, massage with cooling gel, sea salt scrub, hot paraffin wax...10 min. hot stone massage, hot towels, lotion, all that for $40... a great price. The ladies Nancy, Jenny, Vick are nice, polite, funny most of the time, and very professional, Very clean shop and open on Sunday is a plus; my wife loved her new set off gel nails too. The receptionist offered free drinks, we would recommend Princess Nails. Worth a try... We'll keep coming back. It's so much cleaner than others and we felt much safer. Pedicure review only*** Susie did my pedicure and she was very sweet and gentle, my main thing when I go to a salon now, are not only the prices but most importantly the cleanliness and sanitary tools. Big plus is that the pedicure tubs were lined w a plastic liner! Everything was clean and appeared to be sanitized as it was opened from plastic packaging right in front of me! Nothing fancy, I thought it was nice she offered me water! My pedicure looks good and feels amazing! I got the deluxe pedicure! I'm really disappointed in this second manicure I got from this place. The first one I got I loved and it was done by the owner. The second one I had 2 different people doing it because the first girl messed up so bad the second girl had to fix it. They let me leave with a ton of product stuck under my nails and on the skin. Maybe I'm being unreasonable but if I was the owner I would have AT LEAST apologized for the trouble. I appreciate the second girl who tried to fix my nails I just wish they weren't in such a hurry and she cleaned me up a little better. Also wish they would've recognized their mistake. read more

These ladies are great!!! We came in last minute right before they were closing, and they took us anyway. They were kind, funny and gave the BEST pedicures ever. Seriously! They took their time and were very detailed oriented, not missing a single hang nails. The place and spa chairs were very clean and well kept. They (Lena and lenae?)
