If you want to be up charged without you knowing it, then definitely go here. I was more than willing to pay the prices that were listed, but then they started providing services I didn't ask for and when the bill came, they charged us for little things that added up and it made it worse because I had already paid them a tip when we realized we were being overcharged for extra stuff. I asked for a basic pedicure, and they added extra stuff to take it to the more expensive pedicure. We will never come back and they have lost good customers that pay for good service. I decided to get my nails done for the first time in 10 years. The reviews were good so I chose this place. That was a mistake, Completely rushed the service. but that's not the worst of it. I requested spa service and my toes done with regular polish, she made a big fuss saying it takes too long. Oh you just wanna do gel so you can get another person in your seat as quickly as possible? So she starts my service. Water is cold, my feet soak for literally less than 5 mins before she starts working on them. I don't have ingrown on my toes, so instead of skipping the ingrown step SHE CUT AND RIPPED MY SIDEWALL NAIL FROM THE NAIL BED I LITERALLY FELT LIKE SHE WAS TORTURING ME!! It bled so much and she immediately covered it with a cotton ball with ACETONE ON IT oh my goodness I was so upset. I told her to stop and she said no it's okay and I have a problem speaking up sometimes so I let her continue ‍ she then but nail polish on it and as you can imagine it stung so bad. guys. She just kept putting more and more polish instead of waiting for the layers to dry and the polish completely coagulated on my toes. I told her to discontinue service I couldn't take it anymore. I physically couldn't put pressure on my toe for a full week while it healed and walked with a limp since I couldn't put pressure on my big toe. They made me pay for service still even though I walked out with less toenail then I started with and no polish on my toes! They need to be reported to the better business bureau. The ladies here are not podiatrists and should not be cutting nails like they do. I also called her out for using clippers that weren't clean. Buffers that were super worn down and a brush for nail dust. All of which you can have your license revoked. If you want a limp for a week then come here. I went in for a pedicure and gels which together cost $36.00 (I got French tip). I was helped by Tom and I was satisfied with his work and customer service skills. Customer Service The customer service here is great in general. Each employee tries their best to make you feel comfortable and they are polite (highly appreciated). Lol I showed him a picture of what I was looking for and he would be able to duplicate almost perfectly with a little personalized touch that I preferred over the picture. This is the best nail salon in town. Trust me I've tried others but always came back here. Now I don't go anywhere else. Henry always takes his time to ensure I'm happy with my nails. He even experiments with various color options until I'm happy (yes I'm very picky). My current fave to do is chrome and/or glitter powder. For my pedicure I'm a loyal Tina fan. Came in on a Friday afternoon, so of course I was prepared to wait. Surprisingly though, my wait was only 10/15 minutes. Upon starting, I asked if my daughter could go first(Age 4). The lady who was attending me said yes and the whole time was super kind to us. Despite being a busy day, she was very attentive and even added some glitter and a flower design to her nails. Now on to my part. Well at first I thought I wasn't going to be be able to get the style I wanted since I had bitten my nails too short the day before. But thankfully, the lady doing my nails got feedback from Henry and ended up switching with him so that he could assist me. I don't know if it was me having sensitive fingertips or just the way he works, but throughout the process it was sooo painful for me. Lol I don't mind it though, since he did an amazing job!! However, (I didn't notice at first)upon washing my hands I realized my pinky was stinging a lot and I was left to find out a part of my skin that should have been left intact was taken apart lol.. I guess they don't have a receptionist. Also, there was this old man who kept talking to her while I was getting my nails done...which I felt was too close to me at times... I definitely don't think they have the best customer service but they don't have the worst either. Price is very reasonable/affordable compared to other places I've been. This time around around he was very serious and just humming throughout him working on my fill so my small talk was pretty awkward. Once he began drilling I felt him get close to my skin. Sure enough he got my skin and I started bleeding. He of course apologize and tried to stop the bleeding. After it finally stopped 5 minutes later he continued to drill. This is a very long over due review. I've been going to Fantasy Nails for about 8 months now, and they're literally the best place I've ever been to! Whenever I go in, I always see my girl Vivian. She knows my shape and my length perfectly, and I've never left unhappy. I've also seen Henry once before and he's great as well. If you have long acrylics, or love designs or bling, this is the place to go. Also, they have the best mate gel top coat I've ever had. It lasts so long and stays looking good until I need a fill. I usually pay around $35 for a fill if I'm not getting anything special. They only take appointments Monday-Wednesday, so id definitely recommend going in on one of those days to avoid very long wait times. Also, they're pedicures are bombbb. See Tina! I wanted to leave a review for some time but did not get a chance to. So, I recommend fantasy nail salon if you enjoy getting pampered as much as I have. I came in for pedicures only. I am very difficult to please. I am set in my ways. The service here is GOLDEN! For instance I don't like gel removed by means of the tool scraping the layer off my nail, but asked for alternative ways to remove the gel and it did not pose a problem. The second time I went they already knew my preferences and I was always greeted with respect and treated kind! I also noted that family is welcome here husband and wife, mother and children and the wait time is not bad at all for walk ins. Once in the chair, I got a nice massage and got the best pedicure! I haven't been here for some time and yesterday I came back! Again I get the same high quality service, which I cherish being treated with respect and kindness. This establishment deserves more than five 5 stars. You deserve 100 stars! But if you currently not sure where to go or are just as picky and a bit sensitive like myself then I recommend you stop by here at fantasy nails. There are a lot of nail salons that are so close by my house but I rather drive out to fantasy nails!
