For years, they were located at Reisterstown plaza and within the past few years they have been in Pikesville. Again, I have been coming here for years and I have been able to save tons of shoes from the shoe graveyard. This particular trip came about because of a pair of boots that I purchased on final sale. I couldn't get my foot inside of the boot so I brought it here to get a full zipper placed so I could were these boots for any boots on the ground events. Soooo, after a few days my boots were ready for pick up and I was able to wear my boots as promised. Happy customer 10/10~ will definitely be back to salvage any of your shoe needs. Oh, They also have a drive thru which is beyond perfect and convenient.

I will be going back soon as I need other clothing altered. Also, though the circular stairwell looks scary, its very stable. If for some reason you cannot walk up there, the desk person can have the tailor come down to see you. Highly recommend!!

I remember calling to determine if I could get my shoes back the same day and the interaction was so dry that I was reluctant to take my shoes there. The woman who answered the phone asked someone in the background if they could repair the same day and I was told that they could. When I walked inside of the establishment, the woman asked if she could help me. I explained that I had called earlier to inquire about same day repair. A man then took over and asked what I needed done. I showed him the shoes and he said he could have them ready by the following day. He obtained my payment upfront and handed me the ticket receipt. He did not say thank you or anything. I picked up my shoes the following morning. Once again, there was no real interaction. He took my ticket and handed me the bag with my shoes. I did not look at my shoes until I got in the car. The work was good and I must say so far so good with the heel taps. As far as workmanship goes, the shoes were nicely repaired, but in terms of customer service, I'll take my shoes somewhere else to be repaired.

No proactive communication, no clear explanation--just excuses when I followed up. Despite the excessive delay and poor service, I was still expected to pay full price, as if everything went smoothly. No discount, no apology worth mentioning, no accountability. If you value your time, your belongings, or basic customer service, go somewhere else. Holding an item hostage for over a month and then charging full price is unacceptable. I won't be returning and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
