If you value your time, your belongings, or basic customer service, go somewhere else. Holding an item hostage for over a month and then charging full price is unacceptable. But they can come to Shalom Cleaners. So can your Uggs and leather coats. Return service isn't too bad. I dropped 13 pieces off on Wednesday and picked up on Friday. My leather coat will take a week. They picked up laundry next day. If you have over 3 bags. They return it in 3 days not counting the weekend. So. Wednesday pick up. Monday delivery back. Everything folded neatly. Smells great. Packed very nicely. I recommend. I just think their communication could be a little better. I never got the receipt for services. So couple days after they dropped it off. They emailed me that it was past due. If they would have sent receipt earlier or called. I would have submitted the payment asap. So only one suggestion better communication.
