For the past two visits in a row, I waited over an hour, when on average most restaurant waiting times are 40 minutes max. I could be wrong, but it seems like none of the servers or chefs are in a rush, and they will make your food when they feel like it. I'm not impatient, but Bully's needs to bring up their waiting times up to a competitive, commertcial level. Food = great. Service = could be better.

It was a bit on the dry side and would be skipped next time. My friend got a BLT and wasn't impressed. One piece of bread was soft while the other was hard, almost stale.
