When I wrote a letter asking for my money back seeing as how I was paying over $10,000 to fix her work she barely responded and wanted me to sign papers saying I would never speak of this again for $300 I refused. I think she only cares about money now not her patients and doesn't use quality materials to fix her patients teeth. Some of my fillings feel out a week later while I was out of state. Not a good feeling. And then for her to not even speak to me was worse. After about 10 years of her being my doctor was just devastating.

Very disappointing experience with Gold Coast Dental Riverside…read more I was billed for D4999 laser treatment after my July 18 deep cleaning, but I do not believe the laser procedure was actually performed that day. I requested my clinical records to verify the treatment, but I still have not received them and the office has been very difficult to reach. They also submitted my insurance claim with information that MetLife could not properly match to my coverage, which delayed the claim process. Meanwhile, I am already paying for the treatment through Sunbit. Poor communication, billing concerns, difficulty obtaining records, and insurance submission issues. I will not be returning.
