While the review is assigned under "Jaguar of Dayton" (parent company), it belongs to the Range Rover division. It had been a few months since I had driven my car, when in doing so warning lights started illuminating. Unfortunately, I was nearly an hour from home; fortunately, I was only a couple of miles from RR. Jerry and the couple of service techs were very helpful when I popped in on them in a mild panic. While simultaneously talking me off the ledge were they able to attend to the couple of issues necessary to get me safely back on the road. In the couple of times I've had to have my car serviced (both planned and UNplanned), this group has been nothing short of professional and highly service-oriented. Highly recommend. read more

I was looking to buy a vehicle. Excited after finding the perfect one online this morning, I was sure today would be the day I finally bought a Jaguar! I just had a couple of questions... So I filled out the form on their website. I entered my questions and even included the vehicle VIN (I wanted to be sure they knew which vehicle I was interested in). The first email arrived! The salesperson said that they had not opened yet, but said I would be "my top priority when I return to the office". Also, they mentioned "We're going to work very hard to earn your business!" YAY!! An hour later a second email appeared. They were open! Oddly, it was a different person than the first contact. Oh well, no worries. This person assured me "We have received your request for information and we will be contacting you shortly." Okay, I would wait, I guess. Another hour, another email. At least it was the same person as the first email. They wrote: "We look forward to assisting you; what question's can we answer for you or additional information could we provide?" (sic) What? I had already asked the questions. They had already assured me they were getting the information for me. Now we were back at the beginning? Did they even read my first email? And who makes "question" plural by adding an apostrophe??? I emailed back, stating that I only needed to know what was in my first email. And I waited. And waited. But they never got back to me. Nothing. I checked the links in their emails. Their main site was "Not Secure" according to my browser. I searched again for the answers to my questions in their listing, but they had no detailed information listed. I don't think I want to buy a "luxury" vehicle from a company who can't read, can't get back to me, can't secure their own site, and (most of all) can't make a simple word plural. Bought this car on April Fools Day... Go Figure... At first all seemed great. My salesman, Roger Hoffman, was extraordinarily professional and low pressure. The pricing was fair and I was ecstatic about my first VW experience. I was absolutely thrilled with my new 2013 VW Beetle Turbo Convertible, for 5 days.... until the check engine light came on... It was Saturday night and I already had an appointment for that Monday to have my XZilon treatment applied. I informed Nicole in VW Service about the check engine light and she said she'd check it out before doing the Xzilon treatment. She called to tell me that it was "just a loose connection" and they fixed it and that it must have "come loose during shipping" and that they took it on a 25 mile test drive to make sure the new connection held? I told her that sounded ok and they proceeded with the Xzilon treatment. She called me later that afternoon to tell me that they took it on another test drive to be sure about the check engine light and it came back on. They checked it out again and determined that the Intake Manifold was bad and needed to be replaced. I told her that I was not happy with that to which she replied "I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but that is what warranties are for!".... I was in disbelief. I told her I needed to talk to someone about getting a new vehicle as I had only had this for 5 days and driven it for less that 200 miles. She asked who I'd like to talk to and I asked for Roger. I explained that I was not happy with what was happening and that I wanted the vehicle replaced. He said he would see what he could do. That was yesterday. As of 1pm today I had not heard anything from White Allen and decided to drive there to see the GM. The GM, Jeremy, was at lunch and I saw Roger in the Showroom. I asked him what he had heard and he said, "I heard they are fixing it" to which I replied, "that's a good idea if you are going to resell it" and left... No one from White Allen had called me to address the situation and I'm assuming they are just going to try and force the repaired vehicle back on me. I have put in a call to VW North America and started a case. The Regional Conflict Resolution Manager is supposed to be in touch with me by the end of business tomorrow. I will update this review once the issue is resolved. At this point I am in hopes that, although handled poorly thus far, White Allen European Auto Group will handle this the right way. 4/10/2013 4:45PM FINALLY got a call from White Allen. Rocky in VW service is on top of it.... Great guy and has definitely put me at ease.... We'll see how it goes from here... Unfortunately Yelp does not let you rate with zero stars. These guys are the worst I have ever dealt with. They are painful at every level. We bought an Audi A7 and have had nothing but headaches with these guys. It has come to a point where I will not deal with them on even the smallest issue. I now go to Cincy for any dealer work and have found a great mechanic locally to do any repairs. It is unfortunate because the car is great, but they have ruined the entire experience. I even attempted to sell a 2 year old vehicle rather than deal with them until a friend recommended a better place. My last service appointment ended with them telling me I needed brake pads and rotors which would cost $1791. I ended up replacing the pads only for $500 and was told that the rotors would last at least until the next time I need to change brake pads. The customer service is the worst. How they are even in business is beyond me. Do yourself a favor and spend the time to go elsewhere even if you have to drive to Columbus or Cincy. I have told them everything I have said here and they have no clue. I even took the time to call Audi and complain. read more

We recently needed a pricey repair on our Audi A8-just weeks out of warranty. Scotty really went to bat for us with his Manager, who went to bat with Audi. We ended up with a fair resolution, and Scotty was able to get the car repaired days before we expected it. A great service experience! read more

What a joke, own a Range Rover was advised of all the items that the purchase includes and the dealership did not follow through with everything they stated. Extremely unprofessional and they should not be selling luxury cars. GM is full of himself and would rather speak about his accolades and accomplishments then help a customer. Range Rover service manager in the past 2 years has gone through 3-4 people. They cannot keep an individual. I recommend going to Columbus or Cincinnati where you will be respected and taken cared of. I am used to luxury cars and this dealership is a joke. They make excuses and do not hold their end of the sale. read more

I bought my car from these guys and no issues but any car dealer will probably give a decent treatment when selling a car. I have no luck with their service department as they are very sneaky and in my opinion dishonest to give false information about unneeded repairs. Also found out Audi doesn't require tire rotation at their scheduled maintenance (according to WA) which seems very contradictory to common knowledge. Bottom line don't trust Their service and take it to Cincy or Foreign Exchange here in town. read more

I bought a used 2002 Audi A4 Avant here back in late January. The sales staff was super friendly and before my test drive, I was able to scan the car for issues which it had none. They allowed me to haggle the price down by about a grand. Their financing was awesome and I ended up getting a grand off asking price. I'm very satisfied with my purchase and would consider returning for my next vehicle. read more

Don't take your car to get it fix here! I'm so disappointed in how they are trying to rob you of your hard earned dollars. Do your job right and investigate before you start fixing things that weren't even a problem and making us come back for the same issues that we initially brought the car in. We took are car in due to a noise, we are now having to pay for 2 separate deductibles cause they didn't do their job!!! read more
