They couldn't patch it (devastated), I couldn't afford to buy a new tire because where the nail was, it was hard to fix and be safe to drive....This man told me to hold tight and came back a few moments later to tell me they were gonnatake care of everything for me !!!!!???? Their website is clunky and hard to navigate. Also, the email confirmation contained a link to track the shipment via their website, but it never worked for me. I always had to call their 1-800 number. When I did call, they were always friendly. I called to get a status once, they promised to call me back, but never did. The other time I called they gave me the shipping status, but never gave me a tracking number.
