It had been a few months since I had driven my car, when in doing so warning lights started illuminating. Unfortunately, I was nearly an hour from home; fortunately, I was only a couple of miles from RR. Jerry and the couple of service techs were very helpful when I popped in on them in a mild panic. While simultaneously talking me off the ledge were they able to attend to the couple of issues necessary to get me safely back on the road. In the couple of times I've had to have my car serviced (both planned and UNplanned), this group has been nothing short of professional and highly service-oriented. Highly recommend.

I just had a couple of questions... So I filled out the form on their website. I entered my questions and even included the vehicle VIN (I wanted to be sure they knew which vehicle I was interested in). The first email arrived! The salesperson said that they had not opened yet, but said I would be "my top priority when I return to the office". Also, they mentioned "We're going to work very hard to earn your business!" YAY!! An hour later a second email appeared. They were open! Oddly, it was a different person than the first contact. Oh well, no worries. This person assured me "We have received your request for information and we will be contacting you shortly." Okay, I would wait, I guess. Another hour, another email. At least it was the same person as the first email. They wrote: "We look forward to assisting you; what question's can we answer for you or additional information could we provide?" (sic) What? I had already asked the questions. They had already assured me they were getting the information for me. Now we were back at the beginning? Did they even read my first email? And who makes "question" plural by adding an apostrophe??? I emailed back, stating that I only needed to know what was in my first email. And I waited. And waited. But they never got back to me. Nothing. I checked the links in their emails. Their main site was "Not Secure" according to my browser. I searched again for the answers to my questions in their listing, but they had no detailed information listed. I don't think I want to buy a "luxury" vehicle from a company who can't read, can't get back to me, can't secure their own site, and (most of all) can't make a simple word plural. I'm honestly not sure if they even want to be in business.

We needed a detailer as we found mold in our 2007 Honda Odyssey, besides the mold we have 3 little kids 7 and under, so you know how it goes, crumbs galore spills and more. The more always scares me, who knows that it is? Their communication through phone and text was fantastic, able to give a quote a head of time and get an appointment as well and with humor too, gotta love humor anytime but especially during a pandemic. Make sure you get an appointment as I think that is the only way to get your car serviced. Mr. Cochran came right out when we pulled up (had a mask on) and took care of everything. You don't have to clean the car ahead of time, they clean all that out and put it in a bag for you when you get back and pick up. The car was done the day off within 4 hours and they did the inside and out and it looks absolutely great. And for the price, you can't beat it, love the personal touch Mr. Cochran brings, he even offered his recommendations for Dayton, once he knew we were knew. He said call me anytime, I can recommend lots of places for you. It's always a great thing when you are treated as a friend and not a customer, thank you Cochran's Automotive Detailing, you did an incredible job, we will recommend you any chance we get...Kudos!!

****VEHICLE DAMAGED WHILE IN SERVICE AND INTERSTATE FORD SAYS THEY AREN'T RESPONSIBLE*** On…read more8/18/2026, our vehicle was in for Service of the engine and transmission at Interstate Ford located in Miamisburg. During this time, our vehicle was damaged while the was in the possession of Interstate Ford. The dealership told me they were not responsible. They informed me a tow company was dropping off a vehicle next to ours and might have damaged it. I requested a police report to be completed which stated photographic evidence obtained from the tow company contradicts Interstate Fords claim on the location of our vehicle at the time of the incident. If interstate Ford believes another party is responsible, they should repair the damage to our vehicle and go after the party they believe to be responsible instead of putting me as a customer in the position that I have to file a claim on my own insurance to get this fixed while as the time of this writing, it is still in service for the transmission repair. The the vehicle was within the possession of Interstate Ford and it is my opinion as a consumer that they should be required to return my vehicle in the same condition I dropped it off.
