Just wanted to give an update. I called Jaguar to repair my dryer after it stopped working and wouldn't turn back on. He replaced what he said was necessary, which cost $210. Before I could use the dryer, he told me I needed to have my ducts cleaned first. I had the ducts cleaned that Saturday, but when I went to use the dryer afterward, it still wouldn't get hot. This was surprising since he had assured me it would work properly once the ducts were cleaned. I contacted him again, and he came back out. This time, he said the issue was the heating element. He claimed that when he checked the dryer during his first visit, the heating element was fine. Now, suddenly, I needed a new heating element, which would have been an additional $100. At that point, I refused the service and told him to leave it as is, especially since I had already paid $210, which included a $75 inspection fee. I don't understand how the heating element issue was missed during the original inspection. As a woman, I can't help but feel taken advantage of in this situation. Please make sure to ask questions and pay close attention if you use his services, so you don't end up losing money the way I did. read more

I contacted this company to repair my gas stove. I told the gentleman that my boiler on the stove was not working. He gave me a timeframe and he arrived about 15 minutes later but had called to tell me that he was on his way. He arrived. Fixed my stove within 30 minutes. He was very courteous and kind. horrible experience overall. We had a dishwasher stop working and flood. We called Jaguar Installation to repair it. They came out and said they had fixed the problem. The next day it flooded again. We asked them to come back out and they did, saying it was fine based on their inspection and they couldnt find anything wrong. It continued to flood and warp our floor. I called again asking if they would come out, they said yes but if the source wasn't apparent or obvious when they ran it they wouldnt be able to do anything. We asked for a refund as it was obvious that they weren't going to be able to figure out the problem, and we were told no. Overall they came, were unable to fix what they were called to do, took over 200 dollars in payment, and refused a refund when they were unable to fix it. I blame choice warranty for not doing their homework on the vendors they choose but Jaguar needs to be ashamed of themselves. if i could choose zero stars i would. they sent a repairman three times to fix a dryer not drying clothes timely. i spent $525.00 and still same issue. i had to get another repairman to fix. he went into attic and took vent apart and cleaned it and resealed it. a lot of lint in there. fire hazard. told me first repairman should have done/known this. read more

We were scammed. They took $350 to order a part for our dishwasher and ghosted us. I don't recommend hiring them.

Quick response didn't expect them to come out on a Sunday. Fast friendly came in diagnosed and fixed the issue for a very reasonable price. Will definitely call again if ai have an issue. read more

I filed a claim with Choice Home Warranty to fix my washing machine, and it was assigned to Jaguar Installation. The owner, Nathan, is extremely unprofessional. He showed up at 7:00 AM to collect the service call fee but never showed up to provide the actual service. Instead, he played games, calling me very late at night. He once called me at 11:00 PM, asking to come in and perform the work. I refused, and he promised to come the next day, but he never showed up and started declining my calls. During one of our interactions, Nathan raised his voice at me and was very disrespectful. His behavior is highly unprofessional, and his company, Jaguar Installation, is a scam. He is a fraud and should be reported to the authorities. Avoid this company at all costs. read more

Choice Home warranty company chose them to fix washing machine door. Here we are two months later not fixed. The part was in over 2 weeks ago. No Call, no showed twice and will not answer text or phone calls. I try to support small businesses any way possible. Very sad for a business to bury themselves this badly.
