We were given ample time to inspect the vehicle on the lot by our own mechanic and test drive it couple of times. Upon finding couple of minor issues with the vehicle, the price was adjusted to accommodate those repairs. Price was competitive in comparison to other vehicles available and the dealer fee was significantly lower than in other dealerships. DMV made a mistake in the title and City Star Motors took it upon themselves to correct the DMV error and followed through until new title was delivered providing periodic updates. They could have told us to deal with DMV ourselves, but insisted on taking care of the error for us. You can buy vehicles anywhere, but it is a pleasure to do business with courteous and caring business like City Star Motors.

Where do I even begin…read more.. This place doesn't sell reliable cars -- they sell temporary problems on four wheels. Every vehicle on that lot feels like it's just barely holding itself together, just good enough to get you off the property and into a contract. I've had my car for only 7 months and it completely broke down. Naturally, I assumed it would be covered under warranty. Wrong. Instead of honoring what they promised, they immediately tried to blame everything on me and make me pay out of pocket. It wasn't until I made it clear I was prepared to take legal action that their entire tone changed. And here's where it gets worse..... For an entire month, no one contacted me with updates about my repairs. Not one call. Not one email. I had to chase them down myself. When I finally got answers, I was first told the delay was because "the part hasn't arrived yet." Then -- literally an hour later -- the story changed completely. Suddenly it wasn't about a missing part. Now I'm being told they tried multiple engines and couldn't get the parts to fit. So which is it? The part hasn't arrived? Or you've swapped multiple engines and none of them work? That kind of contradiction doesn't inspire confidence -- it screams disorganization at best and dishonesty at worst. Now their "solution" is to cover it -- but only if I trade into another one of their raggedy, barely-running cars. I test drove several options and every single one felt like it was one speed bump away from falling apart. The tires they swear are "new" are worn. Multiple cars had strange smells. Nothing felt stable. Nothing felt safe. So after months of payments and a month of silence, the end result is me being pushed to trade one piece of junk for another. This isn't just bad customer service. It feels calculated. It feels predatory. It feels like a business model built around pushing unreliable vehicles onto people and hoping they won't question it. Proceed with extreme caution.

I will not put out the drama they caused me. Or the car the sold me was stolen. Yep you heard that…read moreright, not to mention how the engine blew in that car which lead to a path of real loss for me. They did give me another car, now I owe for their stolen car and the other car. Can't get extension for nothing. And the customer service is ridiculous. And let's not talk about the disabling of the car. This place is a scam. Fraud etc. and don't even reply about how you did anything because it's a lie. Steer clear folks. Because of their negligence I couldn't get my fur baby to the vet and he passed away. For that I will NEVER forgive

So the dealership took the truck back.... A MONTH AFTER WE PURCHASED IT…read more I'm really upset so I'm just gonna give a quick run down. 2 days after we bought it, the fuel pump went out as well as the battery terminal was just straight busted. So we had to replace both costing us several hundred dollars. We did the repairs, told the dealership. We were also missing a LARGE majority of the paperwork we signed. Dealership told us to bring the truck in, they'd see what they could do and get us the rest of our paperwork. So we took it in, they asked for the keys so they could pull it over to the mechanics area. Gave them the keys and they then told us that we COULD NOT LEAVE with the truck or our belongings! They were taking the truck back and said to contact the bank. Come to find out, the bank had never fully approved us like the dealership told us! The loan was never finalised like the dealership told us. Everything the dealership said was a LIE. Yesterday we went there to get some of our stuff out of the truck. Instead, they'd relisted the truck (that we had paid for!!) back up for sale and had taken all of our stuff out of it and thrown it in trash bags behind the shop. The stuff was wet, moldy, there were maggots and roaches on the stuff, etc. $1500 in damages! So we had this truck for exactly a week before they took it back. We had NO IDEA there were any issues with the loan or bank. We tried going through other banks and everyone wants $3500 down. We don't have that... We gave them everything we had. Every fucking penny... Today we went in to get our down payment back and were told that they weren't refunding us so much as a dime... They got a full tank of gas, our down payment, and a brand new fuel pump + labor and a new battery terminal... All new repairs at our expense and kept our down payment... Kept every penny we had and then put a no trespass against us for the property! Like how can you do that to people? They KNOW our situation. They KNEW we lived in it. They KNEW the stuff in it was everything we owned... I specifically made sure that we got approved for the loan. That it had gone through completely. They told us it had. They told us the truck was ours. It was all a lie. It was fraud... How can you just take advantage of people, steal from people - a family, and live with yourself...? Yes, we're taking it to small claims court. Yes, we're talking to attorneys. Yes, we're keeping receipts for everything. Yes, we'll be leaving reviews. Yes, we'll be contacting the better business bureau. But none of this is overnight... I'm just heartbroken and defeated and upset... Go figure, this dealership has since closed down. Why am I not surprised?

After purchasing my vehicle, I later discovered I had been signed up for an Assurant Vehicle Care policy that I clearly refused. Francisco Diaz in finance asked me about the coverage, I told him "NO," and yet it was added anyway -- totaling $959 rolled into my loan. Not only does this increase my payment, but it also feels like I was taken advantage of so someone could get credit or a kickback for adding a policy I didn't authorize. This is exactly the type of behavior that makes people distrust dealerships. On top of that, I was told my $6,000 down payment would have a 2% credit card fee. Instead of being charged $6,120, I was charged $6,180 -- noticeably higher than what I was told. No explanation, no transparency, just more money out of my pocket. Between the unauthorized add-on and the inaccurate fee, I walked away feeling duped, frustrated, and misled. Buyers deserve honesty, not surprise charges and hidden products slipped into their contracts. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a straightforward, trustworthy car-buying experience.

My truck was damaged while in the custody of Napleton Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Kissimmee. Since then, the dealership has attempted to repair it on more than two occasions, yet the vehicle still has minor paint defects, visible upon close inspection depending on the angle and lighting. The front air deflector remains loose, despite having been "repaired" several times, demonstrating careless work, lack of quality control, and failure to take the responsibility I expected. Throughout the repair process, I was provided with a loaner vehicle that is unsuitable for my professional work, resulting in significant financial losses for my business. Furthermore, the dealership attempted to get me to accept a payment of $750, which is completely insufficient to cover the damages and losses incurred, and asked me to sign a document to close any further claims, which I categorically refused. Today, December 20, 2025, I returned the loaner vehicle and picked up my truck, and its condition remains unacceptable. The dealership refuses to offer a real and definitive solution in writing, limiting itself to excuses and insufficient verbal proposals. After multiple visits to the service department and meetings with management, I feel completely disregarded as a customer. After buying my second vehicle and being a customer for more than 6 years, I can say that when this dealership makes a mistake, they do not act with professionalism or honesty. Instead, they attempt to minimize the issue and close the case without properly resolving it. I do not recommend this dealership under any circumstances. If you decide to do business here, document everything, inspect the vehicle carefully, and do not trust verbal promises.
