He even provided input on a past procedure from a different dentist and told me even he wouldn't have done what they did. This made me truly feel like I could trust him! They scheduled me(family of 4) at 11:30am, and while I do admit I was late, front desk said they give patients 5min grace period, but I had a miss call & voicemail at 11:33am trying to reschedule my appointment. I didn't answer the call because I was already in the park lot getting my kids down. Front desk was very concern about lunch time being at 12pm. Now, why would they schedule a family of 4 at 11:30am?? Knowing I have a 6 & 7 year old, the possibly of that age group having cavities is high. Theirs no way in 30mins they were gonna do exam, x-rays & treatment(if needed) Luckily my kids didn't have cavities. But as a dental assistant myself, if the dr or assistants are strict about lunch time, maybe not schedule a big family 30mins before. Everything looked and felt rushed. Lights were already off/dimmed when I walked out of the exam room. That was very unprofessional.

We took our very "terrified of dentist" 4 year old to Dr Reddy and she has been nothing short of wonderful. She radiates calmness as do her staff, she has been kind to our child, literally talked her through the process and to put in simple words GONE ABOVE AND BEYOND! While providing the best dental care for our child. TOP. NOTCH. full stop. i haven't had any treatments yet, but after my new patient check in/up type deal they made me feel very confident that they'll be able to handle all of my situations. i can count on one hand how many times i've been to the dentist. i let a lot fall by the wayside while paying for other expenses. i was ashamed and embarrassed by how bad i let my teeth get and i was so anxious. when dr. romero called me back i was instantly in tears. ashamed that i could no longer hide the broken teeth. dr. romero went into soothing mode without missing a beat. i'm a pretty tough person and don't let pain or insecurities show much at all, but i was very, very overwhelmed. EVERYONE was kind and accommodating. She sent in the financial guy to talk me into it. He said it would be $480 something and my insurance would cover the rest. I said no, I'm only there for the cleaning. She would not do the cleaning. My gums were so sore after her exam. I don't have bleeding gums or anything wrong with my gums. They just wanted to make money off me. I called my insurance company and a deep scale would only be cover if it was approved by insurance first. So glad I said No. Still looking for a good Dentist.
