You can't be driving this!" Dealership diagnosed within 30 minutes and pinpointed the one rear line that it replaced, same day. State Auto held my car for two days, could not diagnose, did zero repairs, and tried to rope me into all new coolant lines, plus a water pump, plus new valve cover gaskets. ALL not needed and a quote of over $5,000. Avoid this train wreck of a shop at all costs. If you've ever been to this shop GET a second opinion immediately on needed work.

Tried to blame it on a battery I just got from Midas. It went on and on, more denials and horrible treatment... the "new" alternator they sold me for a lot of money, TOTALLY FAILED AFTER 11 MONTHS. . They did not hesitate to call and look further into helping me in my time of need ! They called John to assist them with getting the lock lug nut off. John arrived no more than 10 minutes later to save my day ! He was able to get the lock lug nut off and get my spare tire put on in no time ! When I tried to give this man money for his troubles he wouldn't take it ! Good people still ! I can't thank this man enough for his kindness ! So I phoned and made an appointment at Grays of course. On my way to the garage with the volume up on the radio,..it was so loud I wasn't able to drown out the sound.
