Although they couldn't fix the issue there, they assured us that our vehicle was safe to drive back home to get it repaired and they didn't charge us for their services. As a customer, I relied on their professional expertise to ensure my vehicle was safe to drive, and I trusted them when they said the issue had been fixed. They repaired the driver's side but failed to recommend or even mention replacing the passenger's side. Just three days later the passenger side brake line failed completely. I had to blindly fly into a turn with absolutely no brakes, putting myself and my family in extreme danger. This forced me to pay for a tow and take the vehicle to a different mechanic to actually get the problem fixed correctly. I called to try and get a partial refund, and the manager claimed they did recommend replacing both sides, which they absolutely did not. I would have gladly paid to replace both sides if they had given me the option. I know how critical brakes are. They refused to take responsibility for the danger they put us in and only offered me a "deal" on an oil change or small maintenance work. I obviously do not trust them to touch my car ever again. If you value your safety, go anywhere else.

Over the course of several visits for repairs, I've noticed parts mysteriously going missing from my vehicle, including my engine cover (with Honda branding) and my rear windshield wiper blade. These are not minor oversights--they show a lack of attention and care. One of the most concerning issues was a broken mirror, which I noticed before I even left the lot. It took three weeks just to process a claim and get a replacement. That kind of delay is unacceptable for something that was clearly damaged under their care. I'm currently dealing with an oil leak that has been "fixed" three times already, and now I'm waiting to hear back--again--about the valve cover gaskets and service availability. It's been four weeks with no concrete answer. Meanwhile, the ongoing leak has caused even more damage: I've had to replace my alternator twice and now the belt is beginning to squeak. This is the result of poor, incomplete service. I wanted to have the warranty work done at a different Meineke location due to lack of trust in this one, but was told it must be done at the same location to be covered. That policy only adds to the frustration. With the high employee turnover, there is zero consistency in communication or workmanship, and I've lost all confidence that they are capable--or willing--to properly resolve the issue. I've been calling twice a week and stopping by in person, only to be met with delays and excuses. It really feels like they are just stalling until the warranty runs out. At this point, if I don't get a resolution soon from either the store or Meineke corporate, I will be forced to report them to the Better Business Bureau and consider filing a police report for small claims court. I was having issues with the tire losing air after the plug, had it inspected by a Walmart auto center, they denied any issue with the plug, but here I sit 6 months pregnant, putting the donut on in this heat on the side of the road and then to be told I have to pay for their negligence. I will never return to another Walmart auto center for the safety of my children and unborn child. Shame on them for telling me that it happens and for the down right rude woman whom is suppose to be a manager trying to tell me lies like I'm ignorant. After several minutes of these employees shuffling to do their job as they should have two days prior, they don't notify me that it had been checked in and was available for pickup now. Instead of calling my name or coming to the register/station that I was at, one of these older or more mature employees decided to bang on the table with his hand as if customers were animals you need to snap/clap at. This was the customer service I received AFTER trying to call the service center regarding this issue for three or four days with absolutely no one picking it up. As soon as I stepped inside, there were six employees huddled together as if there was a mandatory meeting going on. They were simply standing there and doing nothing until I came in, and they were most likely doing the same thing for the few days I attempted to call them.
