The owner and business telephone voicemail was full. Then I called the warranty company to explain I never could reach them and that I need to ensure the right ppl for the task. the guy texts me and calls on a Sunday evening after he received a message from the warranty company. I called back and right away the guy was aggressive and rude. He actually threatened me saying he had "goons" in Peoria?!? Yep.. you read that correctly. We spoke once and he threatened me.. The problem I have with this bill is the cost of the water heater that is listed. It is more than double the amount of what the actual cost of the same exact make and model water heater is (without a contractor's discount). Professional plumber know what water heaters cost and a professional should not charge customers more than double that amount as an "upcharge". I am happy to pay for work well done. I am not at all happy to pay double the cost materials.
