I flushed the toilet to show him after he was Lollygagging on my property for an hour that it's not working he decided to gaslight( oh that's how you flush) me and left still with the same problem. I called the next day to see why no one showed or called. Becky gets on the phone screaming, yelling, and acting very hostile stating they came out 4 times and wouldn't allow me to get a word in! He came Sunday to inspect the damage. Unfortunately as I had feared due to the smoke coming out of my outside vent, the entire furnace needed replaced. Bob showed me exactly what was wrong with a video scope inside the furnace and told me how much the replacement would cost. He also offered me space heaters, but fortunately I already had two and a gas fireplace. On Tuesday, his employee James came and replaced the furnace and I was relieved to have heat again. Called this company at approximately 10:30 AM, they gave me an appointment window (same day!!) for 11AM to 1PM. Tech was here at approximately 12:30 or so and did a complete check on the system, replaced an antique condenser and filled the Freon. He was out of here by 1:15. System works great and the pricing was extremely fair. Eades is my new "go to guy" for my HVAC/plumbing needs. Great job!
