They are the current managers, and ensured our experience was above par from the moment they met us. They took the time to ensure they knew our needs, and helped every step of the way. Today I took my car to Steels Hometown on Burlington Pk....very honest. They said my car did not need ANY of the above and did not charge me for the inspection. There's more i could write about. I was able to get it a appointment for the next day. While it was being serviced, I requested they look into another minor issue. I was expecting to pay a fee for the extra maintenance item. They were trustworthy and said they just cleaned the area and retightened the bolt. No charge. As promised the car was ready for pick up by the time I got off work. Service staff was very friendly and communication was on point. I would recommend serving your Honda here based on my experience.

Julian was able to take detailed photos showing any blemishes on the car and text them to me. He helped when I sent a mobile mechanic over to check it the car. And he helped coordinate everything with the guys who prepared the contracts and worked with my credit union to put the whole deal together. It costs me $1000 every time I hit the door for an oil change and whatever else they find on my 10-year-old mini--fine. But now they are charging me 3% to use my credit card!? I expect that from small businesses not BMW NoAmerica. Ridiculous. Coupled with the overall increase in prices, I'm not sure I'll be back because of the credit card fee.

I had my 2015 Volvo V60 2.5T engine rebuilt in October 28, 2024 SO#V405663. Work started on…read more9/10/2024. I was without my vehicle for that time. Total cost was $8,442.90 I went back on 11/20/2024 SO#V407410 with an oil leak and my vehicle shutting off randomly. Diagnosis was that the boost hose was not secure and they replaced the clamp. Determined no oil leak. Vehicle was in the shop for one day. I went back again on 12/5/2024 SO#V407746 with an oil leak and vehicle shutting off randomly. Determined failed oil trap line and vacuum leak. Again returned to the dealer on 2/3/2025 SO#V409061 with an oil leak and shutting off randomly. Determined torque fault converter and no oil leak found. Recommended new transmission. 7/7/2025 I returned to Volvo to fix the oil leak. That has been consistently happening since the initial fix. The top of the motor is covered in dark motor oil. I was told the oil drain plug was leaking. No answer for the oil on top of the motor. Volvo's latest theory is the oil has been poured on the top of the engine although the oil is dark and the last time it was brought in they had cleaned the motor oil off of the car. Instructed to return 7/18 since they have died the oil this time. This is the 7th time I have returned to the dealership.
