I would not even give this dealership a 1 but lowest I can give them. Whatever you do, DO NOT PURCHASE an extended warranty from them. I you end up trading the vehicle ahead of time which I would not have unless GMC had all the engine issues with my 2021 I would not haved. Anyway, I have worked since end of November 2025 to get the reimbursement back on the Extended warranty I purchased from Jeff Wyler. I made numerous phone calls, emails and calls directly to jeff Wyler and also the warranty department. After finally having is escalated thru the warranty company - the dealership is responsible for writing the check for the reimbursement I finally have my reimbursement check in hand. After making an appointment last Thursday 2/20,25 for Wednesday 2/26/25, I was contacted at least 10-12 times by 3 different sales people if not 4 from your organization by way of text, video message, email, and phone, All confirming I would show up for my appointment. I must say that the reason for the appointment being pushed out was because I had seen a particular car on the website, but it was at one of their Cincinnati Dealerships, but that the car could be brought to Florence. I got a phone call the night before my appointment, again to confirm that i was going to make it. I again confirmed that I would be there, and asked if the car that I was coming in to see was onsite, I was told that yes it had been brought down. . My husband and I, along with our 2 children (7 & 10) went car shopping. We wanted to trade in for a more fuel efficient vehicle as well as easier on our wallet. After agreeing to do a test drive, they asked us for our key to "check out the car" while we test drove theirs. Thinking nothing of it, I hand over my car key. We get back, they check our credit, yadda yadda, talk numbers. When they tried to quote monthly payments at TWICE what we currently pay, I said no. Hubby agreed, said no. When the salesman got it lowered from 1,200 to 900, it was still way above the budget we had in mind. I kept saying no. This whole time, they still had my car key. My car was locked, I couldn't get in. We asked for our key back and instead of giving it to us, they kept haggling. I was so mad I was crying. I was so FRUSTRATED that they weren't listening to us. Salesman went to his boss and his boss kept PUSHING us to buy the car, RIGHT NOW. Hubs and I both kept saying no and they wouldn't take that as an answer until finally I started losing my patience and my mind. We purchased our 2022 GMC Canyon over a year ago. There were 2 chips missing on it that we agreed to wait on with the expectation that it would only take a couple months. The first, heated seats and steering wheel, came in within that time frame. We waited several months longer before inquiring about the other, (backup sonar). Was told month after month, "still waiting". After it was close to a year, we were told they were coming in but we were on some kind of list. So today, we finally got the letter to schedule. Found out there were several issues that had to be fixed but the heat was a major one. After writing a nasty review they said they would fix them. Picked it up last night and of course no heat and they refuse to do anymore work to it. I told him it's sad they'd do that to a widow of 5 kids especially at Christmas. Update: I have spoken to the very rude general manager. He told me they would not fix anything else for me. They basically did me a favor fixing it. Well it's not fixed and my babies are freezing in the morning when I take them to school especially. I can't afford to fix it and it's Christmas time. Reached out via online inquiry about a 2020 Acadia. In making plans to visit the dealership on a Friday, I responded to an email to request to be contacted if the vehicle of interest would not be available. I later received a call informing me the vehicle was a demo (this was the first and I heard this as the info was not included in their listing) and that it was in Tennessee. Because there did not appear to be any vehicles of interest on their lot, did not visit the dealership. Two days later I received an email stating "We have the Acadia here and available. Do you have any time today to make it in...we are open til 5pm?" After exchanging a few texts, one which indicated this vehicle had only about 300 miles (would later find out had a few thousand miles), made special plans to visit the dealership that afternoon. Upon arrival, walked the lot looking for the Acadia. It wasn't there. Shared with a manager the emails I had received indicating the Acadia was available. Understanding how upset I was with this wasted trip, the manager said I would now be working with him and not the salesperson who lied about the Acadia being on the lot and he offered to bring to me a vehicle of interest. After requesting they do so, it does not appear they are willing to fulfill this promise. I texted him about this, but haven't heard from him in more than three weeks. The salesperson would eventually apologize via text, but made no effort to do so in person that day. I had previously purchased from a Jeff Wyler dealership (Mitsubishi), but after giving the Florence GMC dealership an opportunity 5 years ago and again this summer, they have done everything needed to not be considered in the future. Do not use this dealership. I myself have purchased 2 brand new vehicles including a truck and an SUV at the same time. When something minor goes wrong they are not willing to help. They also miss a lot of minor details including a simple "Hello". They could care less about service but are more worried about getting the sale. Both cars have been serviced there since day 1 and that stopped 2 weeks ago. My truck at 50,000 miles had something go wrong and they wanted nothing to do with it. Both cars are in mint condition. The sales department is brutal and is basically a revolving door. Their follow up on anything is non-existence. I have given them multiple chances because I am going to upgrade to a diesel truck. i purchases a GMC3500 Work truck from here, commercial truck sales man GREG AUSTIN. i told him about my troubles with FORD, he put his hand on my shoulder and told me i have nothing to worry about now, that the Wyler Family takes care of their customers. BULLSHIT my work truck broke down 150 miles from home. i had to get it towed. correction I HAD TO PAY TO GET IT TOWED. date DEC 30-19 Jeff Wyler gave me BUICK ENCLAVE for my rental. i scratched my head and drove off, figured i could manage a couple days. 37 days later no truck, i asked my salesman about help getting my Tow Bill Reimbursed and getting a truck instead of this TINY CAR. Bought a 2020 GMC Sierra about 3 months ago, I've had the truck in my possession for 6 weeks total. Had it for a night and it went back the next day for repairs. Got the truck back about 5 week later and everything that was suppose to be done was not. They brought the truck back and promised to stay in touch but haven't heard a word. 3 weeks ago I'm driving down the interstate and the wheel falls off. I called, left a message and no call back. We researched, had the money, called and talked to a salesman and had plans to go the next day to the lot to purchase it. It was advertised with a Carfax, 6 month 6,000 mile warranty and on great condition. The salesman soon called us back and said, the truck did not make it through service, as it has some problems and went to wholesale. Now, you tell me why in the world, would you even list a truck on your website for sale with all these details, and a price, of it has not been through your service department yet? I wasn't completely satisfied with my service at all, and I am luckily lighter in the wallet for my learning experience with your shop and Mike.  I used the service portion of this dealership and was called with the diagnosis and discussed these findings with the technician who did a good job of selling his experience and knowledge but did advise that he had exhausted all other options. I agreed to the repair, got the bill and read that the service writer listened to NOTHING of our original discussion including previous repairs at other dealerships and shops and within a day the exact same service code surfaced. In addition the other repairs they deemed critical which I declined were repaired by another dealership costing a fraction of the estimated replacement of parts. While this same service writer called to reschedule me "next week after the tech came back from vacation" I ultimately declined as best case scenario they only maybe apologize for the unnecessary repairs already made and instead diagnose a whole new batch of likely time and money wasting repairs. My takeaway: Your service writer is in it for the dollars, not the customer-plain and simple. He did not listen, did not have time and was way too involved in trying to upsell than actually trying to get my vehicle fixed. His knowledge of vehicles appears to be limited at best but his talking game is much better. His listening game is terrible which is unfortunate to myself and anyone else bringing their vehicle and getting paired up with this fellow. Dollars for some are what drives their dissatisfaction, and mine is driven by still not having a repaired vehicle and your best technician who obviously is incapable of making the repair.  Since your dealership is so adamant that I post on social media such as google, Facebook and Yelp, perhaps I'll take the time to do just that. read more

I marked them with a China market to verify services were completed. Called to explain these services were not completed and after 4 calls I never got through to a manager. I went in for oil change and tire rotation, the tire was not rotated, car fax confirmed this, I had Wyler Care. The air pressure was not checked running 32 psi in front tire going in and going out. Had to return to Jeff Wyler after going 1/2 mile to get air in tire that was 32 psi also they didn't change the reading on the oil still reading 17% did they change oil? I no longer trust Jeff Wyler in Florence. I am women over the age of 65 why am I paying for Wyler Care and not getting what I pay for, are you. I bought a 2017 Chevy Sonic, 16,000 miles. Within 3 months the starter went out. Cost me half a days work, $123 for the tow bill because they insisted I had the car towed there even though they're not a Chevy dealership and my Roadside service wouldn't pay it, and to top it off, charged me $55 PLUS TAX miss cashier informed me for an oil change I could've gotten elsewhere for $25. Bought a van there a few weeks ago and I was told I would not have to pay car taxes on my trade in since I was paying on the car I purchased from there which was fine and agreed. But once I got my old car car taxes in the mail they said to call the dmv and they would prorate the taxes and Jeff Wyler Florence would pay the remaining balance but once I called the dmv to get my old car the DMV said that is not true and that we would be responsible for the old vehicle taxes as well. Purchased my new GMC Acadia last year from these guys and that was awesome. Mostly they dealt with my wife since I was a working fiend. She said the sales staff were respectful, which is really saying something. She has had really terrible experiences at other dealerships in the past trying to buy a car on her own, and there is no reason for this - her credit is as good as gold. Heavy on info, light on the hard sell. I liked that experience, since for me it was basically picking up the keys. But what I really want to say is the service team here really rocks! It's not hard to one-up the competition around here, but they really go the extra mile, and make it look like a stroll in the park. Yes it was a warranty transaction today, but I still felt like a million bucks going out of there. I got a quick diagnosis and an honest assessment of the time it would take. Details, details. Clean (actually spotless) and well-equipped shop. Quick service. Open for business. Parts in stock. Everyone engaged in service and not talking about what all they did last night. Got a ride to the bookstore to wait, didn't even have to ask. I don't feel like I need to be in line at 8:00am on the nose in order for them to get it done this week. They always treat the customer with professional respect (not overdone, just really friendly and concerned) and honor my time, even though I am retired now and have all the time in the world. My wife had a similar over-the-top detailed diagnosis of a problem with her Buick that I think actually required two visits and a lot of attention and long experience with these cars to solve. And that one we paid for since it was out of warranty. 5/5 will always come back to Wyler. I love how I go in expecting mediocre based on 45 years of dealing with reluctant service techs and nay-saying mechanics, and here I get the best every single time. I purchased a vehicle on 1/20. Here it is 3/20 and I still have no tags. The car is in my name which I live in KY and co-owner lives in FL. First they tried to have us register it in FL. Had to sign new paperwork on 2/16. Then mailed it to FL for the co-owner to sign which they got on 2/21 and mailed it back same day. Found out the dealership was sitting on it. I guess they thought the paperwork would hatch the tag on it own. Now it has to be mailed back to corporate for them to verify everything. So I might have a tag for my new vehicle by summer. If I could give this dealership zero stars I would. From the moment I got there, it was nothing but lies. I received poor customer service, was insulted, and treated as if I didn't do my research. We were going to trade in our vehicle and we were going to pay cash. It was lie after lie. Also, our salesman didn't know much about the car. When I asked, he verbatim said "I know next to nothing". They have their manipulative sales tactics and I basically was selling the car to myself. Our salesman didn't even know some of the sales paperwork that he was going over. I'm not sure if that is his fault or his leadership's fault for not giving him the information but he did not set himself up for success. They lowballed us on our trade, didn't budge on their price, and the manager proceeded to give me the KBB value saying he pulled up information that applied to our car if it was in perfect condition (valued at $5900). That was a lie because KBB is a public website and I put in the same information and that price was for a car in Good condition, not perfect. I knew my car wasn't in perfect, not did I expect perfect. The number I got for perfect condition was $6600 and good was $5500. They tried to give me $4200! The manager then said fine he would do $5900 and I thought it was funny that he moved that quickly considering they weren't going to budge until we stood up. My intelligence was insulted at that point. We left and for a week, our salesman emailed me. He eventually told me they dropped the price of their car $1000. They tried me at *28,4XX after many emails. We went back after I said $28k flat, all inclusive of everything with trade. Our salesman's email said "I am not going to let a few hundred dollars get in the way of our trade, when can you come in?" We were out of town so I went in 2 days later and I asked that when I arrived that they have everything ready to sign. I got there, and I was met with an offer for $28,114. I wanted to scream. How dare you! After I gave you the chance of day again and a week of negotiating, we came in after a 2 hr drive, only to be lied to again. They said a different manager crunched the numbers this time and that my tax was different because I was from Indiana and they were in KY. How do you say that you're not going to let a few hundred get in the way when you are about to let $100 GET IN THE WAY! They had our information and knew we were from IN. Then our salesman's father who also works there, tried to tell us, well technically he didn't say he agreed. We wanted to walk out. I eventually got it to $28,000 and gave them my car. This was nothing but headaches, lies, and insults. I do not feel like this place is honest and judging by the reviews, the lies are consistent here. Don't suggest that I call Jason either. That the sales staff would call when they does so she left. Today Monday May 25th she gets a call saying the keys have been found. When i went in to get my car looked at, the service advisor mike hendrix was very short, condescending and rude. saying that the engine light checks i received at another auto shop weren't right, and that since the light wasn't currently on there is nothing they could do, but if i paid almost $200 they could check it for me? when i asked him to explain the prices, he slowly explained what the parts i was getting do to me like i don't know what brakes are, and didn't tell me anything about the prices i was asking! he acted like i was stupid and avoided taking the blame for anything wrong with my car, and offered no sympathy when i explained my frustrations. there is no excuse to treat customers like that just because they are female. both times i have gone i have felt mislead by mike hendrix and felt he pressured me into spending way more money than i needed to on my car. i will never be going back to this dealership and i hope this review helps someone from not making the same mistake as i did! do not trust jeff wyler florence, they will treat you as a joke. read more

I purchased a Camaro from Jeff Wyler in Canal Winchester, Ohio. The buying experience was good and the salesperson I dealt with was excellent. Around 1200 miles 2nd gear on the six-speed manual transmission began grinding. It became difficult to put into gear. I tried to have the vehicle repaired at a dealer close to my home and dropped the car off on 9/30. The dealer called to verify their was in fact an issue but they did not have the tools to make the repair. I would need to return to the original dealer. I made an appointment on 10/1 with Wyler. On 10/7 I called to check on the car but no one at the dealership knew who I was. There was no record of me in their system even though they sold me the car and it had been sitting on their lot for almost a week. They rescheduled an appointment and informed me the following day that 2nd gear needed replaced along with the synchronizer. The parts should have been ordered on 10/8 and I was given a timeline of 3-5 days. I called back on the 3rd, 4th and 5th day to check and each time I was told parts were still not available. At some point I was informed the parts were on back order and they did not know how long it would take. Finally on Friday 10/17 I called and was told the parts were in but they were not going to make the repair until the following Monday. On Monday 10/20 I called and was told they guy who was to make the repair was out of town on training. On Tuesday 10/21 I called and was told the guy was putting it together. On Wednesday 10/22 the car was finally complete. At no stage in the repair process was the dealer proactive in communicating what issues or delays they were having. Each time I tried to reach someone in service I had to leave messages or keep calling to find someone to provide me with answers. In total my car was gone for over three weeks. The transmission is still not shifting correctly. In addition, it looks like they dragged tools across my car. I had not driven the car long enough to collect scratches and now there are several. read more
