I didn't plan on buying a car when I stopped into Jeff Wyler Honda Florence. I had been casually exchanging emails regarding a BMW M4 they'd taken in on trade with Will Downton. And while I had been flirting with the idea of buying a BMW M car, I wasn't going to do it unless numbers made sense. In fact, I had been dead set on doing everything my way, but Will and the crew at Jeff Wyler Honda ended up taking care of everything I needed to do, including lining up best available financing, giving me a generous offer on my trade-in, and handling a rock chip in my front windshield I'd gotten from a road trip two weeks prior. Basically, they took all of the worry out of the car buying process. So when it came to decision time, I was already set. That made it very easy for me to pull the trigger, even when I was convinced I wouldn't. Will definitely earned the sale :) I had zero snags with paperwork. The car was clean when I took possession of it. I believe I just got the garage door opener I'd forgotten delivered to my front doorstep. Most important of all, they offered me a short-term warranty on the vehicle, gratis. Would I recommend Jeff Wyler Honda? Absolutely. Honesty, integrity, and being up front and putting the safety of moms with children at the forefront of their motives to sell vehicles. 2021-2024 Chevy suburbans have safety recalls having to do with the engines QUITTING at high speed. After this vehicle was test drove, they came out and said the engine light went on. Come to find out- they tried to clear that light 87 miles ago and it came back in 4 miles. Run, don't walk from this dealer. You've heard how many people see dealerships as thieves.. doing anything they can just to take your money? This dealership excels at that standard. Jeff Wyler Honda is, without a doubt, the worst car dealership I've ever worked with. I've owned 16 cars over the years and I can say this dealership takes the cake by a landslide. They will say anything and everything to get a sale, and if something goes wrong after the sale... They will turn against you in a heartbeat. I bought a used vehicle from them, turns out it was repainted and the engine had issues. I was not a local buyer and the vehicle condition was not accurately disclosed. I then attempted to work with them on these issues in good faith. First, getting yelled at by Michael Donnellon. Then, lied to by Lannce Hargrove about trying to make things right. And lastly, seeing that the general manager Matt Brady doesn't even bother himself to reply to an email, until you ask a few times for a response, shows why this dealership is so horrible. There's no leadership, human factor, or decency for that matter. Seeing the lack of honesty, respect, and integrity this staff has leads me to say do not go to this dealership. Additionally, 3 months later I hadn't received registration or follow up. The bank didn't receive the title. And they have completely vanished in terms of contact. Not replying to calls, emails, even had an attorney get involved to help get this worked out and they didn't reply to him in a timely manner either. Many dealers have the car you're looking for, this dealer just wants your money. They couldn't care less about you. No one should have to go through what I went through here, lying is second nature to the staff and there's no "family" here. It's a bunch of marketing with no backing. To give you an idea of how wonderful their management is, they couldn't even say "sorry that happened", even if they didn't accept fault. I am beyond outraged with Jeff Wyler Honda Colerain. This dealership is the epitome of dishonest, manipulative, and unethical business practices. I was quoted a price for a vehicle and drove TWO HOURS to purchase it. After spending ANOTHER TWO HOURS at the dealership--test driving, discussing the deal (at the original price), and even completing paperwork--they suddenly pulled the rug out from under me. Once the salesman realized the car was worth more than what they had listed, they DOUBLED THE PRICE right in front of me. That's not a mistake. That's a classic bait-and-switch. The salesman even admitted he was shocked at the original price and said he would've bought the car himself for his daughter. That's how good the deal was--until they decided they didn't want to honor it. They clearly didn't like that I was paying CASH, because they wouldn't make money off financing. They aggressively tried to push me into financing. This wasn't just a pricing error--it was a deliberate, shady tactic to lure me in and then pressure me into a more expensive deal. I recently stopped by this Honda dealership to inquire about a salesman position. I came in wearing a clean t-shirt and shorts, just to ask if they were hiring. The manager looked me up and down with a dirty look and said, "You came in shorts and a t-shirt?" in a very condescending tone. I told him I was just applying, and of course, would dress professionally for an interview or job. Funny enough, the staff there were all wearing polo shirts, khakis, and Nike or Adidas sneakers -- which isn't exactly the most professional attire either. Yet, they felt comfortable judging me based on my appearance. The way I was judged based solely on appearance was disappointing and unprofessional. First impressions go both ways. After how I was treated, I would hate to purchase a car here -- especially knowing how quick they are to judge people based on looks. Honestly, after how I was treated, I wouldn't be surprised if they wouldn't even show me a car because I "didn't look like I could afford one." Two dead cars in less than five years. We are your average family of 5 with three small children, looking for a reliable family vehicle. Went to Wyler Florence in the Fall of 2020 for a used Honda Pilot. Within days the check engine light was on and a bevy of problems followed. When we called Wyler they said we purchased the car AS-IS and there is nothing they can do. Fast forward to 18 months later and the Pilot is dead and un-drivable, we basically putter it to Wyler and try to use it as a trade-in for something else. Desperate. That was our mistake-- going back here for a second vehicle. We purchase a used Honda Odyssey (which we loved!) and same old story: weeks later check engine light, oil leak(s) in our driveway, other issues. We purchased the warranty because we were so upset with what happened with our previous vehicle, that we wanted some protection. The warranty was absolutely USELESS. Every problem we had - we were told the warranty only covers "internally" lubricated parts and our issues were with "externally" lubricated parts. Fast forward to today, Feb. 28th 2025. My husband and I are headed over to Wyler where our van is parked at the service center with a 10k repair quote. We have to clean out our un-drivable Honda Odyssey and get a $500 offer on it from the dealership. Even the associate looked at our service records and said "you've had a lot of problems with this car- let's try to make that right for you guys." And has done NOTHING. Two cars in less than 5 years. Dead and un-drivable. For any management reading: This is all verifiable on our service maintenance records at Wyler so you can look up and corroborate this information. I implore you to not buy here. We are your average working-class family. My husband is a middle school math teacher. We have cleaned out our savings and more trying to get a reliable vehicle for our family. We have three children under 10 years old and need safe transport for them. I recently moved to Hebron KY from St Louis for retirement (Department of Defense) and have been using Wyler since I arrived for car maintenance. They recently performed a fuel injector replacement on my 2020 Honda accord Sport 2.0 Turbo (with 126K on it) as I drove cross country many times in the Department of Defense for work and for personal matters. They did an OUTSTANDING job. I got a video from the technician showing me exactly what they had found, and allowing me to make up my own mind. My service advisor Manny Chavarria was excellent. I have owned 9 Hondas and he went through everything with me to ensure I understood what was needed and what was not. NO other dealerships I have dealt with in Virginia, Colorado, St Louis and Hebron have done that. I trust Wyler Honda service and I will be doing all my business and maintenance with them in the future. My Accord is running like new and I was given a few options to address my problem, talk to Manny, this man and Wyler can be trusted in my humble opinion. read more

Purchased a new 2017 Honda Accord Hybrid. I was talked into buying the extended service plan, about $2000 when I bought the car. Seemed like a good idea at the time. When I needed to use it, the Service Advisor told me what happened, like I hadn't said a word. So I repeated again that "I pushed the economy button and all these warning lights came on." So he asked "Did you hit your car on a high curb or a step or anything like that?" No, I said, I turned off and on the Economy Button while driving on I-75. It's like he couldn't hear me. Are you absolutely sure you didn't hit a parking curb or anything else? Not recently that I know of. "But maybe you did at sometime?" Well, I guess anything IS possible, but that's not what caused all the lights to come on. Everything was fine until I checked the Economy Mode. After I hit the Economy Button is when all the lights came on. "Let me take the car back into the service area." I gave him the keys and away he went. A couple of minutes later, he came back to the service desk. "I have it all figured out!" "When you hit a curb, or something, the bumper came down a squashed THE SENSOR". NO, THAT'S NOT WHAT HAPPENED! I WAS DRIVING ON I-75 AND I CHECKED THE ECONOMY BUTTON TO BE SURE IT WAS ON. "The bumper came down and squashed the sensor" he said again. Well, I have Honda's extended warranty. That should cover it. "No it won't, it's for a failure due to sensors or other parts failing and malfunctioning, not for a bumper crashing down on sensors after hitting a curb." I thought to myself, What's the matter with this idiot! He is as dumb as they come. He had all his lines (LIES) well rehearsed. As I was driving on I-75, I wanted to check and be sure that the car was in the economy mode. I pushed the button which turned it off and re-pushed the button to turn it back on. Simple enough except all kinds of dash lights came on. Simple enough, right! So I asked how much would it cost to repair it? He knew exactly to charge $1400, right off the top of his head. I SAID NO! He said excuse me. He hurried out to the garage area and stopped the mechanic from removing and replacing the sensor. I had already done some research on these front sensors and found an amazing number of customers had the same failure at about 50,000 miles. My car had 52,000 and some change. How do you educate an idiot who can't explain how a force from the bottom of the car (curb etc.) can push up and cause an opposite reaction of the bumper being forced down from above and damaging the sensor below. They can't explain it, it's not scientific! The Physics can't support it. I have read Service Advisor's receive a bonus ($) for the parts they sell. That's why so many want to up-sell so many things you don't even need. Honda should revoke ALL of the Jeff Wyler Dealerships from selling any more Honda's. They are disgraced by the thousands of complaints about the repair centers. I've bought Honda's since the early 1980's. The 2017 Accord Hybrid is my last. I can't stand the "DIRTY DEALER". read more

I had to tow my vehicle back to the dealership where it sat for THREE WEEKS UNTOUCHED!! Their service department along with their service manager, Dylan, are nothing more than a joke. They have zero communication and offered no early appointments nor loaner vehicles. I did not once receive a call from them. I had to call daily. The worst service experience with an auto dealer I've ever had. I've bought several cars at Wyler Honda. I have found their service to be expensive and in some cases have felt that they bait/switch basic maintenance with discovering much more expensive repairs that are "urgent." I don't find Wyler Honda service to operate with integrity so I generally take my vehicles elsewhere - Performance Tire on Donaldson is a place I trust implicitly. That said, my son came up from Louisville and his car needed AC work. Wyler is open Saturdays and the work had to be done in a day so I scheduled an appointment. Manny was the service lead. Agreed to some additional work to help simplify for my son - $1k in total estimate. Dropped the car off 8am. Promised back by 3pm. Get the video, am told that the car needs an extra $2k in repairs (SURPRISE!!!!) and am encouraged to leave the car at Wyler for 3-4 MORE DAYS so that work can be done. I don't consent as that work isn't urgent and I'm certain I can get a lower quote/higher quality work elsewhere. Ask Manny to complete agreed upon work, which he assures me will be completed by 3pm. At 2:15pm I get a call from Manny informing me that the car is not drivable and the work can't be completed - with the question "what do you want to do?" Well, Manny - where do I start? The GOOD NEWS is that I can leave the car at Wyler (if you actually take your car out of their garage you will find better service and prices somewhere else) until TUESDAY and get the work done - it will only cost me $300 more than the original estimate. A theme - agree to $X, pay 150% of X dollars in the final accounting. BUT - since Wyler is so bent on service and customer experience, Manny says they can rent me a car for $40/day with a 50 mile per day max limit - every mile driven over 50 miles is $5. NOT MUCH HELP TO MY SON WHO WORKS IN LOUISVILLE BUT WHO IS NOW OUT OF A CAR BECAUSE WYLER UNDERESTIMATED REPAIRS AND UNDERDELIVERED. Super experience. "Do you want the rental?' asks Manny - clearly intent on making a little more $ and totally unaccountable for the disruption he's caused to people's lives. BUT WAIT - then Manny calls back and says that a rental isn't available, SO: - NO CAR AS PROMISED ON SATURDAY - CAR MAY BE READY TO PICK UP TUESDAY - REPAIRS WILL COST 40% MORE THAN ORIGINALLY ESTIMATED - WE NEED TO FIGURE OUT HOW MY SON GETS BACK TO LOUISVILLE, GETS TO/FROM WORK, AND HOW WE GET HIS CAR, WHICH HE WAS PLANNING TO DRIVE HOME ON SUNDAY - BACK TO HIM. And it really doesn't feel like Manny gives a flip about how his lack of competence, lack of attention to detail, and lack of focus on customer experience impacts me and my family because Jeff Wyler is getting more $$$ as a result of his professional shortcomings. Do yourself a favor - don't use Wyler for any service. Find a local shop that you can trust and go to them. You'll save $, time, and frustration. Wyler's body shop leaves a lot to be desired in how they treat customers. Terrible experience in getting a call returned from an associate named Vonda. Three times I attempted to find out if my car was ready, and each time she promised to call me back with an update. She never called me. I was forced to leave work early and stop in person for an answer. Finally on the third day I spoke to her boss, Chris, who was professional and answered my questions. Upon arrival, I asked why my request for a return call was ignored and her response to me and her boss was " I was too busy to call you back". Really! She got the approval for lease, picked out a specific car and received the specific Down Payment and Monthly Lease Payment before we left to pick the auto up. This should have been a 30-45 minute visit and drive home, but turned into 2 1/2 hours. Towards the end, they presented the Monthly Lease Payment which was over 5% higher than originally approved. Robert (sales) and Ryan (floor manager) would not honor the original agreed upon price, which they blamed on another manager. DISHONESTY, DECEPTION AND DISGUSTING !!! Would not recommend buying anything from this dealership because of the service department. I purchased an accord and started having some strange electrical issues right away (car suddenly loses power and throws a bunch of codes while driving - usually on the interstate). When I took the car to them they booked an appointment for several weeks out and told me to keep driving it "maybe it won't happen again." Dylan the service dept manager does nothing to manage the capacity at the service center to get customers in when they purchased cars with issues that need diagnosed. I have fought with her multiple times to get my car looked at in a timely manner and they have failed to properly diagnose it twice due to them rushing the car through service. Everytime you call all she does is tell you they are too busy (they always have their service calendar booked out with oil change appointments). So if you buy a car from here and have issues look forward to Dylan letting your car sit for an undertermined amount of time before she will even attempt to diagnose it because all they are worried about is getting oil change customers through quickly. You can't get the warranty they sell to pay for a rental car until your car gets diagnosed and is actually having the repair done so be ready to pay that out of pocket. I requested multiple times for the GM Matt Brady to give me a call to dealership employees including Dylan and I have left him calm and professional voicemail message on his line at the dealership and he has never called me back. I have never dealt with a service dept like this at any other area dealership so if you are thinking oh I'll buy an accord with a warranty and get it serviced at the dealer and everything will just be fine and dandy, we'll be careful that may not be the case if you end up needing anything other than an oil change! Update 9/26: GM Matt Brady finally called me back after I left a bad review on google (apparently you have to leave a bad review to get anything done and he seemed to think that forwarding my previous voicemail complaint about the service manager to the service manager the complaint was about was an acceptable resolution and acted like it was my job to call him back multiple times). He did not offer any solution besides me keeping an appointment I already have for October 26th and he promised to follow up when I drop it off. Today is September 28th hopefully this car does not kill me between now and then! If I was him I would be sending someone with a loaner car to my house to pick this death trap up and make sure this issue didn't drag out a full 3 Months (august 3rd is when all of this started)! Advertises one price and marks it up $5k when you get there due to "market adjustments" offers well below what your trade is worth (even below kbb, kbb cash offer, and Carvana offer) and let's you talk them down to the advertised price. Found a white, low mileage crv listed on cars.com in November, 2020. Spoke with the salesman to confirm it was available and to confirm the price. He emailed me a computer generated "out the door" price. I immediately drove from Louisville to Florence the following morning. I am an "unmarried white female" and went to the dealership alone. The salesman was a nice guy and I have no hard feelings toward him. I think he was just a casualty in this whole debacle because he works for a corrupt car dealership. Upon arrival, I drove the crv and told them I'd buy it. Gave them a 1,000 check to hold it until my bank opened Monday. At this point, they sent out Dave Hollenkamp (with his mask not covering his nose) to bluff me into purchasing some kind of safety package that was "already on the vehicle" for an extra $1,000+. They truly wanted me to believe I had to pay for it (safety light, cleaning and disinfectant etc)! They brought out a big placemat diagram about it. Wow what a gimmick. After I passed that hurdle, the same guy DH comes back & tells me the vehicle was "priced wrong" and it should have been $1,000 more. Again, they tried to back me into a corner. I played their game and told them I was disappointed that they weren't going to honor the price quote I received via email (showed it to them again). Then, for the third stunt DH told me I couldn't have the vehicle because they didn't know if I was good for the money at the bank. (Fortunately, I had already thought of that and brought a signed letter from the banker guaranteeing the money). They pressed me to make me think I had to finance with them (where they could back door me for more money.) So, that's when I presented the letter from my banker that stated I was good for the money on Monday morning. Upon leaving to drive back home, I was back in my car and I tried to send a friend the link to the crv I was purchasing on the cars.com app. The vehicle was NOT listed as sold even though I had just given them a $1,000 check. In fact, they had RAISED the price of the crv on the cars app once I left the dealership. I immediately called and asked WTF! They said they were raising the price on it in case my financing fell through. Again, no reflection of me. My credit is spotless, the bank was just closed on Saturday (BB&T). I returned on Monday and gave them the remaining balance and signed the papers. More gimmicks and warranty tricks on Monday. I declined and eventually made it out of there. They did a half ass job on the car wash and my tire light came on while I was driving on i75 (where they didn't reset it after servicing it). In the spring, I took it for service at another Honda dealer and found out it needed new rear brakes. They obviously didn't care enough to ensure the vehicle was in pristine condition, leaving their lot. Oh and after not receiving my license plate within the time frame, I had to contact the dealership to ask why my tags had expired without them sending me my updated plate. I had already called the Clerks Office in the county and found out they NEVER initiated the tags to be updated. Of course, they lied and played like they had. So, they had to overnight my tag to me in a fed ex envelope where my tags had already expired. To top off the whole experience, they sold my contact info & phone number to every car warranty place in the US & my phone rings constantly from spam callers. I got in touch with one of the companies via letter & confirmed they got my info from Jeff Wyler Honda in Florence. I sent Wyler a message about that and... crickets. Shocker! In summation, I wish I hadn't purchased at Jeff Wyler Honda in Florence. The crv only had 39k miles and was extremely clean. This was the main reason I went through with it and the fact that it was apparently "priced wrong." Overall, I think Wyler is a toxic car dealership and I'll never get service there! read more

We just stopped in at the service department when our van's malfunction indicator light came on and our van started vibrating strangely during a long road trip. They were able to get us in & out in an hour without an appointment, and the cost was reasonable. The waiting area was clean & comfortable, with a separate kids' area with a Disney movie playing, various toys, and even an 80's arcade game station (which I may have enjoyed more than the kids did ). The employees were incredibly friendly & helpful. If we actually lived anywhere near here, this would be our new go-to Honda service place for sure! read more

Purchased a car from here several weeks ago and had an exhausting buying experience from beginning to end. It took approximately 4-5 hours of just sitting in the dealership after I had already decided I wanted the car and how much my downpayment would be etc. After this, finance was also long and exhausting. Then, after the deal had already been processed, they told me my vehicle would not be ready to take that day because it needed serviced. I came by the next day to pick it up (a far commute from my house) and it still wasn't ready. I was then told I could bring it back at a later date where a rental car would be available for me, and it was not. This dealership's negligence could have killed me! On 1/25/2023, I went to look at a vehicle for sale at Jeff Wyler Honda (949 Burlington Pike, Florence, KY 41042). While I was test driving this vehicle, the sales manager (Mark) conducted a trade evaluation of my vehicle as I was considering trading it in. After this evaluation was conducted and my test drive concluded it was determined we were not going to be able to come to terms on a deal (trust me when I say you don't want to try to trade at this place). Therefore, I returned to my vehicle to leave the car lot. I then proceeded down Burlington Pike toward I-71/I-75 South. As I was merging onto the highway, the hood of my vehicle suddenly jolted loose. The hood continued to shake violently up and down thankfully being secured by only the safety latch. Obviously being startled by this, I was immediately forced me to brake suddenly and make a dangerous & evasive maneuver in an attempt to exit the roadway to secure my hood before things got even worse. I was finally able to find a place to pull over on the shoulder of the interstate to secure my hood appropriately near the next exit. The danger caused by this placed myself and others traveling that day in harm's way as I was forced to attempt to avoid a disastrous collision on a busy interstate. I immediately contacted the dealership and informed them of what had happened (it took me a total of 3 calls by the way to get to speak to a real person). Finally upon speaking with Mark, the sales manager, he acknowledged he had been the one who evaluated my vehicle and inspected the engine. When I told him what had occurred he transferred me to the general manager, Lannce Hargrove. I then told Mr. Hargrove what happened and initially he apologized but he seemed only concerned if my vehicle had sustained physical damage and did not at all seem to realize the danger both I and others had been put in by the dealership's negligence. When I explained the danger of the negligence his employee(s) had placed me and other motorists in by failing to check that my hood was secure after inspecting my engine bay and before leaving the dealership property, Mr. Hargrove really had no viable response. Although during the conversation Mr. Hargrove did remark "It's not like your vehicle is very desirable anyway" (referring to my 19 year old Tundra). Thankfully, I was able to record the aftermath of the hood coming loose on my cell phone that shows the hood going up and down due being only secured by its safety latch, as I attempted to exit the highway to re-secure the hood (yet another dangerous situation as I tried to inspect my vehicle for potential damage on the side of a busy interstate). Due to the dealership's negligence, haphazard behavior, and dismissive attitude of the situation it is imperative you keep you and your family away from this place. I did this immediately because I suspected the dealership would quickly "circle the wagons" and try to cover their tracks. You can see a brief snapshot of it attached with this review. I would love the opportunity to speak to David Wyler about how his employees conduct themselves and represented his business, I'm assuming he would NOT be okay with it! Went in with a question regarding the manual transmission on a 96 prelude Si, specifically what fluids types i need to perform maintenance that i was unable to find in the owners manual or online. They put very little effort into getting the answer. The honda dealership in beechmont was much more helpful and I was able to get my question answered there. I'm very disappointed in the poor communication within the service department. I had been getting notices that I needed to take my car in for 3 recalls. Two recalls were for the seatbelts and the third was for the fuel pump. After receiving an email that the fuel pump remedy was available - I called and made an appointment to get all 3 recalls taken care of. She scheduled me for January 30 but said I'd have to leave the car for the day since I was getting so much done. Since we live over 45 minutes away that meant someone would have to come and pick me up then take me back at the end of the day. On January 29 I contacted The service department to ask again- will it really take all day? I told him that we were driving from Indiana and if it would just take 2 or 3 hours I could wait in their waiting room. I was again told- we need it all day. I arrived at Honda on January 30 at 8:20 and was met by Bob. He pulled up my information on his computer and saw that I was there for 3 recalls. Bob then informed me that they did not have what they needed to fix the fuel pump. Really!!! Why had no one told me that before? I spoke with 2 different people before going and got a confirmation email stating I was going in for a recall on the fuel pump and seatbelts. I expressed my displeasure with Bob but got no response other than it wasn't available. On top of that- my car was done in 2 hours. Horrible communication. read more

I have had my car serviced here 3 times now for oil changes. I have no complaints. The waiting area has a ton of desks and tables and good wifi. I work remote and always just bring my laptop and snacks and do work while my car is fixed. My favorite thing is the texting system. The tech sends me a video of exactly what the issue is. Today it was my engine and cabin air filter were extremely dirty. I ended up just buying the parts on my own and plan to fix myself to save money on labor. But still the video showed me how dirty they were. Also I got my oil change and the Inspection done in under 30-40min and I was good to go. So from services department standpoint I would give them an A+. Yeah prices are more expensive but I like to get the job done at the dealership as they have habitually been more reliable. read more

I bought a used car for my 77 year old mom. Albeit a 2010 car, so you'd expect a few things to need repairs. We bought the car in February 2022 and she turned the AC on in May for the first time. It needed a new compressor and related costs. $1500 later she has air. I called back to the dealer to speak with the manager. Instead of him calling me back I received a carfax email. Did I expect to be reimbursed for the $1500? No! But a return call to hear me out and help me understand how they said this was car passed their inspection before they sold it to me and missed that the AC didn't work was a question I wanted to ask. I won't do business with them ever again. And this is the second car we bought from the Wyler organization. The first was a brand new 2019 Nissan Pathfinder. They won't get our return business! read more

Buying a car from here was downright painful and it took way to long to get the car I wanted at the price I wanted. If you're unfamiliar with the car buying process make sure you bring someone with you who is. You will be taken advantage of if you're unsure of what's being put in your sales contract. Not even kidding. Now onto the service department... I've brought my car here for general maintenance and service since the purchase. Oil changes here cost about the same as anywhere else, if your car uses synthetic oil. Everything else is overpriced. Those certified Honda parts are apparently worth more. I ask a lot of questions before agreeing to have work done and they aren't always honest about pricing. I was a big fan of bringing my car here until my most recent experience with their service department. After being hit with a large and ridiculous bill, I'm no longer an advocate for these guys. read more

Read your contact carefully. Twice jeff Wyler added items to my contact without telling me. once the service department put a dent in my new challenger on its first oil change. Then my new car was at their collision center almost 2 months. i recently bought a jeep from jeff Wyler Honda and before i even made the first payment I had to spend $650 getting a new shifter. The shifter light came on 3 days after I purchased it. They would not even return my calls. Oh yeah, I even purchased the 5 years extended warranty and it doesn't cover this either. i can not even take the car through it car wash because the sunroof leaks. Worked a deal with Robert Frost before seeing the car. "Everything is good to go. All you need to do is sign some papers and that's it! See you tomorrow!" Robert said. Little did I know, that was bullshit. Upon arrival, the deal that was put together fell through without my knowledge. Robert was gone that morning because of "personal reasons". How convenient if that were true or to sham out of work. MSRP was wrong and finance refused to give me the quote that Robert gave me even though they called him, my down payment was not included after paying the day prior, a vape was left in the back seat, white scuff mark on the driver's door handle (which had to be taken to body shop to get it off -- thankfully it did), gas tank was almost empty and last but not least I bought a demo car. You thought I would have gotten a good deal right? Wrong. They are lucky I wanted the car since I could not find it in any surrounding dealerships. They would not haggle on the price, considering it had 1700+ miles on it. Basically sold me a brand new car even though the manager and the rest of his family/friends drove it. How do I know? All of the phones that were connected, which were 5, are shown in the Bluetooth settings. In short, this place sucks ass. What should have been a quick and easy process according to Robert, took me about 4-5 hours. This place has some serious work to do and I DO NOT recommend this dealership. PS - I was bugged nonstop to give a positive review by Nathan, who helped me with the car since Robert was MIA. He insisted that if they are given anything less than a 5 star review they have money taken from them. Not my problem brother. Update your customer service and stop fucking people over. read more

Our salesman Paul was a great guy. However I've had a 2019 pilot for a month and it's been in the shop twice and they've scammed me both times. First my second row seats wouldn't fold down the minute I got home with my new car. I was told the seats needed a new motor and reupholstered. Ummmm....no. I demanded a new car. Finally got it. Guess what. Seats do same thing. I highly doubt I got two lemons, I think I got lied to the first time and the seats were never meant to fold down all the way. Now my radio malfunctioned. Didn't play music just popped and static. Fixed itself after a day. Took it up to Honda. They couldn't recreate it. So nothing got fixed. I work at a hospital. When someone comes in with chest pain we don't say "you need to be having pain right this second or we can't fix you." We look into the issue. I won't come back to Jeff Wyler to buy a car in the future. read more
