I was really worried about having the job done right and making sure the color match was perfect. They did a fantastic job making sure the color match was perfectly blended and I can't even tell there was an accident in the first place. Truck has 35,000 miles on it, the blue books for 20 grand. They offered me 11.5!!! Still got it! I mean I don't understand how I just walked in there, by the truck please? I went there for a oil change. Simple. I picked my car up and no sooner then I got on the highway my car wouldn't go ovr 60mph. I immediately pulled off the exit and called them and told them the issue. They said I could get it towed for free off the info they left in my car so I headed to my house and called them. They did pick my car up, turned out a hose wasn't connected, which indeed prob hurt my transmission since it wasn't . The guy I spoke to was very professional and nice however that doesn't do nothing for my precious tranny. Just will nvr go back there read more

Ms. Debra I went to this location in search of a vehicle. I Spoke with a CSR name Holly Hott who scheduled me an appointment for Saturday Sept. 09, 2025. I explained to Holly on the phone what I was looking for, she said that all was fine and was something that could be workable to qualify for a vehicle. She also informed me to ask for Joe or Mike. I get there walk in the door and walked into Mike I introduced myself he proceeded to tell me there was a few ahead of me and he would get to me when he assist the customers ahead of me. Well I walk around on the lot looking at vehicles when another associate comes up to me we have a conversation about the vehicle I was looking for. We go inside to fill out an application to get ahead on the process and once Mike is done I would be seen. Well I go back outside looking at vehicles, I then go back inside have a seat patiently waiting for Mike to be seen. Mike gets in a 2021 Black Chevy Silverado and leaves for about 10-15 minutes or so. He comes back proceed to service the Caucasian couple who purchased the 2021 Black Chevy Silverado, he serviced them with AWESOME customer service all while never even acknowledging the fact that I was still sitting there patiently waiting for Mike. Well he seen them off told them to enjoy they're trip and how they're gonna love they're new 2021 Chevy Silverado. After the Caucasian couple was gone Mike then gets on the phone for about 5 mins or so still never even acknowledging the fact that I was still there waiting. He gets off the phone he gets a visit, from I'm assuming was a family member who also sat at his cubicle and held a conversation with for approximately another 5 minutes. Well she leaves he sit at his cubicle for another few mins or so then he tells an AFRICAN AMERICAN employee a few (WHISPERING) words who then comes to me to do MIKE'S DIRTY WORK and deliver the wonderful NEWS that I would need further credentials to qualify. SHAME on WALT SWEENEY AUTO, here we are in the 21ST CENTURY and still experiencing RACIAL PROFILING! So SAD! I felt MIKE either did not want to be the barrier of bad news or he just don't deal with people of color. If Mike is basing his job on CAUCASIAN'S only then MIKE needs to either change his profession or should not be in the business of Car dealing or the Finance Department. So to all people of Color be mindful of what's happening right in our face. I've experienced racial profiling before but never so blatantly. And what's even worse he wasn't even man enough to even have a conversation with me or even probe me for other questions as to what I needed to do to qualify for a vehicle being my first time at an Auto lot and what financing options that were available to me given my financial status. He didn't even appear that he wanted, or cared about helping a potential customer. He didn't even want to talk to me he sent an AFRICAN AMERICAN male to have that conversation with me! read more

At 63 years of age I have had my share of lies tricks and just plan bad business with dealerships. Thats why when it came time to purchase another vehicle I expected the same treatment as before in dealing with any dealership. I would have preferred going to a dentist and having a root canal knowing what I thought lay ahead of me.Then I had never bought a vehicle from Walt Sweeney Ford.Right from the start my first contact with the dealership was by phone with Holly who was great in answering all of my questions and not just with a single call but several text as well and was always polite and professional and never pressured me it was a stress free experience even .Then came time to go to the dealership to look at and test drive the vechile I was looking to purchase if it all went well. They call you for your car that is on Craigslist, low ball your price for thousands less than trade in , then I found out they are going in and taking the time to "flag" your add to remove it from being posted. Christine then continued to communicate very unprofessionally when I passed on taking this offer and became aggressive and completely out of line and proceeded to personally attach my character. I have never even met this person. Being that I know the car business pretty well and my whole family has been in the business for over forty years in Florida, this is the first time I have ever come across someone this rude and whacked out. Walt Sweeney Body Shop is making my 2018 truck look new again after I had a small accident. I was at the Veterinarians after the accident and the window stuck open. It started raining. I drove over an hour in the rain to get to the shop. Ed Ormsbee took me right in and fixed me up with a rental car. Ed has done all the foot work with the insurance to make things right. As busy as that Dealer is, Ed made sure to take me in right away knowing the truck was my only transportation and I had a sick pup. He keeps me informed on all aspects. I also work with Chris Florkey in Quick Lane. This Dealership is awesome. Tim Sweeney helped me obtain the truck after another brand dealer sold me a lemon and I needed a vehicle right away.
