This is a VERY packed store with NUMEROUS household products similar to an Ace Hardware etc. The sheer amount of products that I found that you can't find in larger Orange and Blue big box stores was truly impressive. The store was a horrible experience, when I walked in the store, the man Vincent said welcome to Ace Hardware, but when I ask him a question, he was very rude at first and very little help finding what I needed. Then I went to pay and the girl Destiny was on her headset talking to someone the whole time and she was no help whatsoever. I would've bought a lot more stuff, but I didn't feel like giving money as rude as they were from the beginning to end. I am in this town every month to visit, but I will never shop there again!

The installation went fine; no problems then or now. The problem is removing the old heater. The employees left it outside by my back porch and said they would be out the next day, Saturday, by noon to take it away. Didn't happen. On Monday, April 29, I went to their store to ask what the problem was and when the old heater would be picked up. This touched off a comedy routine between two of their employees about who fixed problems and who was a problem. I wasn't laughing. After the comedy routine was done, I was promised that it would be picked up Friday for sure. That would have been May3. Didn't happen then, either. On June 10, I sent a snail mail letter to the store (their email wasn't working) explaining the situation and asking when the old water heater would be picked up. No response. As I write this, late July, the damned thing is still sitting right where their guys left it. This is not my idea of customer service. And I don't appreciate being the butt of somebody's jokes. I wonder if these guys realize that anything they sell can be found someplace else in town. And from now on, anything I might need will be bought someplace else.

Repeatedly we have tried to get them to measure out kitchen for counters and cabinets. They have been wasting a lot of time. Apparently no one knows what's going on there either. We made an appointment to meet with the designer for new counters and cabinets. They tried to discourage us from waiting. We finally talked to the designer and they took our choices down told us they would schedule us for a measure. It never happened then three weeks later tried to refund the charge. I told them to talk to my mother , who has the keys to measure they said theyd call and they never did. So now I have to chase them.down again . So far they have wasted 3 weeks! This same home depot told me my doors would be in in two weeks and they wont be in for 4 weeks and delayed the tile by a week. But by far the cabinets are the most infuriating part of this saga. I was told that everything was cut and dry. The kitchen would be measured quickly and they would be ordered and placed asap. Why was it important for me to give you a deadline on when I wanted this done if it was going to be slow rolled ?

I was double charged for my membership fee and when i went to this store to get a refund of the…read moreextra $44.99 i was told they could refund one of the charges but my membership would be affected and would also lose the $44.99 they double charged me. The option i was told was to issue me a gift card for that double charge but would have to spend that in the store. It was later mentioned to me when pusuing it the option to refund the double charge in cash. I took the cash refund and deposited that back to my bank account. Why could they not deposit it back to my bank account which i was told by them they could not. i am retired on limited income and needed that money put back into my bank acct i did not want store credit. I ended up getting a cash refund but not happy nor satisfied how it was handled.

I pay every year for the inside track membership to belong and get the benefit of special deals. I have purchased many high and small end tools, compressors, jacks, air jacks, trailer equipment, you name it. At the end of last July I purchased an expensive generator, The super quiet Predator 5000 dual fuel. Normal price was right at 1100 got it for 900 with a coupon. I thought I had got the top of the line for what they offered and very proud. My family and I went camping in August for a few nights, again in mid November. In the middle of the night the generator just quit. We googled every thing we could, oil level safety sensor, Co2 sensor shut off. Nothing could make it stay running. I wanted to use it only LPG but even put gas in it to make sure it wasn't a fuel issue. On both, it would start, run for 20-30 seconds and shut down. I called the 800 number on the stickers you see on all of their equipment, to never get to answer. I left messages every time. I finally called the store only to have the manage say "sorry" he couldn't help as I didn't purchase the extended warranty. My bad. I had only 29 hrs on this unit and it was dead in the water. I finally was able to get what sounded like mature person on the 800 number to be informed that they on have one person that answers these calls and are too busy to return messages. Just have to be lucky to catch someone. Pretty much told the same from the store. What they did say was that there was a generator place in Heber that could help me. Making (2) two hr round trips and $245 later, a working generator. Apparently a Co2 issue and super common with these units. Woodchuck saw however, great service! , Ever talk about a recall on them. There is also a Facebook page just dedicated to the issues with these units. Wow! My advice is to spend the extra $ and buy a name brand generator. It would be in thing if it was just the problems with these units but the lack of service and selling their product with the big sticker "Call 800...." For help to me, paints a somewhat shady practice. Because of this I will go back to Amazon and at least these stand behind their products.
