I was next door at Starbucks getting my caffeine high when I saw the Lottery sign on their window. I'm always spending a few dollars here and there wherever I see a Lotto sign. The employee was very nice and we talked about winners as I was choosing my tickets. I came here for pipe tobacco for a Christmas gift. Specifically I needed cherry flavored. They were out of stock on it but they had some other "cavendish" stuff that smelled good, so I got it. The gentleman who helped me was kind and friendly. Also, he carded me and acted shocked when he saw that I was born in the 70s. So, that was cool. If they had had what I needed, I would give them 5 stars. Parking was plentiful and easy. It's next to a Starbucks and just off the 210 freeway. Nice area. Not creepy at all --I mention this because sometimes sketchy people hang outside smoke shops. read more

I came here on a whim with my brother to get hoses for my hookah because the ones I had were old. The hoses here were $10 each, not bad. Online they were $15 +! They work great! They look nice too because they have a gold accent on it which matched my hookah! They are not plastic looking they are felt like. They cashier/worker was very nice! He even gave us a tip on how to smoke hookah and have it be nice and cold. Which was great! Great customer service! I know I can come back here for my hookah supplies at a great price. read more

We got a really good deal on a Mya hookah. Hookahs include tobacco and charcoal, which is always nice. The owner was really helpful and he knows his stuff. He really listened to what we were looking for and made suggestions accordingly. My local go to shop for hookah supplies. While the selection is decent the real trick to do is to talk to Jake. If there is something specific you want when it comes to hookah if he doesn't have it there is a good chance he can get it for you quickly. I've gotten a few pipes this way and couldn't be happier. Their was a woman working when I went in to buy a pipe everything was cool until I paid she ended charging me 3times and I keept telling her it went through but she keept insisting and I later went to the bank and yeep she charged me luckily 2wice only due to my bank noticing the problem. I after then went the next day due to work and man oh man the guy there was so rude not sure his name but man he made it so difficult for 7 dollars and was basically calling me a liar I even showed him my bank account statements and all and he threw the money on the counter and told me I was the thief?! I was like excuse me it's not my fault you didn't teach your employees how to use the register and plus she was busy on the phone with someone chit chattering so maybe this could have been avoided if she was 100% focused on her job.
