During the service I added a maintenance wash ($45) for my mother's car while she visited my home. At first glance the wash looked good but after Nick had left and I started driving around to complete my Saturday errands, I started to notice details that could have been improved. This included visible streak marks on my side mirrors and rear window, leftover debris on the driver side rear panel, water residue on certain parts of my center console trim, and small water spots on the rear passenger windows. Overall 3/5 for my F150. HOWEVER, when expecting my mother's car after Nick had left, I saw what seemed to be a completely unwashed rear passenger body panel with visible debris, hastily wiped down interior, many streak marks throughout her vehicle, and a NEW scratch on her hood (picture attached). Overall 1/5 for her Kia K5. I respect the hustle and that Nick came on less than 24 hours notice and was able to accommodate a 2nd vehicle but I'd like to see improvements for future services for anybody wishing to contract this company. For a $125 service + tip I paid $180 as I initially thought our vehicles looked great but after closer inspections I'm very unsatisfied. Would not book again and will continue to look for better vendors.

In the two years since I got my car, I've done a 1 year and 3 year ceramic coating, the Glassparency and have had multiple maintenance car washes. I've bought washes for family and friends and everyone is wowed by the results. Look, premium services like ceramic coatings are not cheap, but I wanted to protect my car and keep it looking nice for years to come. Rene's pricing is fair and the results speak for themselves. Especially with the last couple of rainy seasons, the Glassparency was such a great investment and helps mitigate the use of windshield wipers (which personally are a pet peeve). I even spilled a huge thing agua fresca in my trunk and it left a lot of residue after I tried to get it out - Rene to the rescue! Within minutes I received a response with an available appointment today and the prices are very reasonable. Not only did I have one , but added another car for service as well. My car wash came out better than any other. I will definitely be using their services again.
