During the service I added a maintenance wash ($45) for my mother's car while she visited my home. At first glance the wash looked good but after Nick had left and I started driving around to complete my Saturday errands, I started to notice details that could have been improved. This included visible streak marks on my side mirrors and rear window, leftover debris on the driver side rear panel, water residue on certain parts of my center console trim, and small water spots on the rear passenger windows. Overall 3/5 for my F150. HOWEVER, when expecting my mother's car after Nick had left, I saw what seemed to be a completely unwashed rear passenger body panel with visible debris, hastily wiped down interior, many streak marks throughout her vehicle, and a NEW scratch on her hood (picture attached). Overall 1/5 for her Kia K5. I respect the hustle and that Nick came on less than 24 hours notice and was able to accommodate a 2nd vehicle but I'd like to see improvements for future services for anybody wishing to contract this company. For a $125 service + tip I paid $180 as I initially thought our vehicles looked great but after closer inspections I'm very unsatisfied. Within minutes I received a response with an available appointment today and the prices are very reasonable. Not only did I have one , but added another car for service as well.
