Let me paint you a picture of the circus I walked into, and the ringmaster's name was Nazo. This guy? A straight disgrace to the trade. Shouldn't be anywhere near a wrench--this guy couldn't tighten a jar of peanut butter, let alone work on a luxury car. He tells me one side of my steering wheel buttons is on 'national backorder'--like he's waitin' on the moon to deliver it. Two months go by, I follow up, and this bozo says he can get it off eBay tomorrow. TOMORROW. So what the fuck have we been doin' for 60 days? You been watchin' soap operas while I wait for a part you could've clicked and shipped? I told him right there--what he can to do. And it gets worse. I come to pick up my car. Should be done, right? Wrong. The seat's not even attached properly. The adjuster panel's dangling off like some cheap toy. The seatbelt--you heard me right--the goddamn seatbelt--is completely unhooked. And these geniuses left a greasy-ass rag in my cupholder like it's a thank-you gift. Oil stains, drip marks, the whole thing smelled like a Jiffy Lube dumpster. Then he has the balls to tell me that the torn sponge showing through the leather is normal. Normal? You showin' me rust and ripped foam after I paid you to replace it and tellin' me that's standard procedure? This ain't a junkyard, pal. I paid for new. You gave me used, broken, and bold-faced lies. And when they finally got the new sponge in? I told 'em to shove it. I wasn't about to let these amateurs take the seat out again and break somethin' else. I had more confidence in a blind barber than I did in these two morons. Nazo and his boy? They don't belong in a body shop. No Limit comes with my absolute highest recommendation. Let me preface this review by saying I am one of those guys that usually HATES taking my car to the shop. I'm a DIYer through and through and generally flinch at the thought of others working on my car (and the high costs than can come with it!). No Limit was SO good at what they do, that they changed my perspective overnight. I took in my LR3 for suspension work, and the project ended up being more challenging than anticipated due to corrosion from the time my car spent in the rust belt. Nick and Armen both communicated with me every single step of the way and sent pictures explaining exactly what's going on. They got me on the phone to discuss minor changes to the plan just to make sure I was comfortable with them. They were so kind and transparent throughout the entire process; it was such a refreshing and amazing experience. I truly felt the love and care they had for their customers and their cars. Just to name some examples of their amazing attention to detail: I had brought up very briefly that I would love to keep the old parts if possible. By the time I had picked up my car 4 days later, I had completely forgotten about it- but they didn't! They had packaged the parts for me in a box that they stored for me and loaded them in my trunk before I left. Another example- a customer was getting ready to pick up his Rolls Royce, and the team rushed out to ask someone blowing leaves nearby to take a short pause to ensure the car was left spotless at pick up- I've never seen this level of care or attention before. It is also very obvious that they are car enthusiasts. They have a myriad of wonderful projects in the shop, and it was great to learn about all the cool work they do. I could rave on and on about just how incredible my experience was here. Not to mention- their prices were extremely reasonable! But above all- Nick and Armen are amazing guys who do amazing work. I recently had some one hit and run my car. I took it over to no limit auto body and was approached by the shop owner nazo. I advised him that I want to make a claim and after he looked at my vehicle he told me that the paint transfer from the other vehicle did not penetrant my clear coat and instead of making a claim and paying my $1,000 deductible he gave me a complementary polish on my door and fender that was damaged and all the paint came off. This Auto Body Shop caused the WORST problems to me and took so much money unethically from me. I ran into an issue when I used them originally in Miami and after I was contacted by the Miami team - they informed me they could warranty any items I have at this location. Mind you - the other location had my car for over two months and only completed 75% of the work. Upon arrival they estimated a week time frame for my car being that I had to turn my lease in. They did not meet that deadline. There was then an issue with insurance and payout - stating they never received the check and when my insurance tried to contact them - they never heard back. I attempted for weeks via calls and texts to try and get answers and they stated they would call me back, and never did. I kept records of how many times I called and still denied they were contacted by anyone. The miami team had to reach out and they had come to an agreement on how much needed to be paid and due to so much time passing - insurance said they will only speak to the shop. Not me any longer. I finally got ahold of someone in the office and asked them a total to get my car out and the total amount was $2500 more than what was on the quote. They would not send me an email confirming the total and they would only take my payment in cash. They scammed me out of all of this money AFTER agreeing to no additional fees. I tried to contact them after and the owner said he did me a favor and should have never taken on my car. All while this was supposed to be "under warranty" and through an insurance claim. They run a terrible business. Customer service is non existent and the quality of the work is sub par AT BEST. I highly suggest you take your car elsewhere unless you have an abundance of money to throw at them. It's sad. Two cities and both terrible terrible experiences. read more
