The food is wonderful, tasty , hot and full of flavor. The service is very welcoming and attentive . The ambiance is that of a gem in the middle of a busy 4 corner area. You leave wanting more. I order a caldo, the vegetables weren't cooked right, there was a plastic piece and fat was floating everywhere. I mentioned it and they didn't seem to care. I returned the caldo de res and I still got charged for it. Which I don't mind, it was just that nobody seemed to care. The rest of my families food didn't enjoy their food as well. The people who run this business act like they're doing you a favor, instead of treating you like a paying customer. I ordered online and called the restaurant b/c food wasn't here and it was already 15mins. late. Cook answered the phone and Manager was doing the delivery (let that sink in). I was told that they were busy, and I would simply "have to wait because there's traffic." After bugging enough, Cook agreed to contact Driver to find out how much longer it would be. I was told, in a very nonchalant manner, that it would be another 15-20 minutes. No regard or care that the food would be cold; no answer for why the Grubhub tracker wasn't updated or why I wasn't contacted to let me know that the food would be 45-60 mins. late in total. I was simply told that they're a "small business." I don't care how good people say the food is, I will take my money elsewhere. read more

I ordered through grub hub. I had specific instructions on how my husband wanted his food (i.e stuff on the side etc) And they totally ignored it. He called and they told them I didnt say anything like that. But i did and i have the order information. Then they said if he wanted another one he'd have to come pick it up and throughout the whole convo she was laughing at me when I would tell her what happened etc. They also messed up my burrito. First they forget the rice and beans that comes with the burrito and they also put onion and cilantro. Such a horrible experience with this restaurant. Gave us our order incorrect when called to tell them it turned out to be such a drama because they just couldn't agree that they did wrong. When the employee finally admitted that she ASSUMED we asked for tacos because that's what everyone asks for the older lady still tried to go on. Finally they agree to change the order only if we brought the incorrect order which was fine but I found weird because during this pandemic why tell the customers to do that? Makes me think is this place really following protocol? We get there and the lady was still mad about the situation. I had very cold food and brought that to her attention and said I would like new tacos for an order because they had gotten cold and no way where we going to eat that. Explained to her that if they did this correctly we would not have to come back.
