Here's an example of the dry meat they serve.

Horrible customer service, got 3 of my orders wrong in one sitting. Tastes horrible and dry. Doesn't deserve to be in business.

    Chips and salsa!

My dad and I decided to stop in here Tuesday night. The place was nice and clean and the staff was friendly. The waiter just didn't stop by alot so at times the wait for refills was a little longer than most places. I got the Jalisco burrito and my dad got the Steak Ranchero. My food was your average authentic Mexican nothing special and nothing terrible. Just average. My dad steak ranchero was a tough skillet steak smoothered in some sauce and he said it was bland and chewy. The chips and salsa were just store bought chips and salsa. Overall it was a nice visit with my dad over an average meal.

Good food. Need to add horcharta to menu to make it perfect. Pleasant staff. Quick service.

Favorite restaurant in Fulton. Love the food here, waiters are polite and friendly, and is a spot I would eat at every week if I could.

Have to give it 4 stars for it being the best in Fulton how what that is worth. The enchiladas are good, drinks watered down, and salsa ok.

Im not a huge fan of mexican food, but Jalisco's in my acception. Their nachos are freaking awesome and so is the cheese dip.

The service is good, but they seem to forget to ask every time. Last time I got an order I got Street tacos, $15 for three tacos so they should be good tacos. I had to specifically ask for chicken on flour tortillas because they skipped over it and just gave me the total. After specifying I got my order, got home, and it was steak on corn tortillas. Like I said, good place with good food, the problem is just getting what you ordered. With the menu getting more expensive it's hard to rationalize spending that much on a gamble of getting what I asked for

If you rather test your appetite for your first meal and what to prove your "A-Game" then I'd go with the taco fajita said it is served in a very special dish, watch and enjoy as your food is served in a crispy flour tortilla bowl.

The cooks did what they could with what they had but it still just was ok at best and not worth the price. The Ugly: The place was devoid of drinks. According to one of the staff they had not gotten their soda order in. But, they also had NONE of their bar drinks or mixer drinks. You can see that the picture has all of it clean and not used in the middle of the lunch day. They also were out of various ingredients to make some of the dishes. While this is occasionally the fault of just not knowing what you need by the manager that does the ordering... it is normally a bigger problem and one that points to a place that is financially failing. I hope that I am wrong and that they were just having an off day. The other reviews seem to point toward a fairly good restaurant so hopefully someday I'll be able to adjust this review.

Staff seemed like they didn't care if you were there or not. The only drinks they had available was fountain water or a handful of bottled drinks in the fridge. They have a soda fountain but said that had not gotten their delivery. None of the drink mix machines had anything in them either. I ordered the Nachos with Carnitas, Chips were on the well done size and had some white melted cheese poured over them and the meat, that was it. No other toppings, flavors were alright.

Saw good reviews on yelp, and when I pulled up I was hopeful, there were a lot of cars in the lot and it was pretty full for an off time of day. I ordered safe, cheese enchilada and tamale. I love me a good tamale! So the good.. the rice and beans were really good, and the ground beef they sprinkled on top of the tamale was good also. The sauce on the enchilada and tamale was a little tangier than ketchup, and had all the appeal of it. The cheese in the enchilada was like sweet custardlike plastic. I couldn't find the meat in the tamale, but the masa was like jello. JELLO! NO one wants that as a tamale. NO seasonings, no heat at all. I felt like I was eating at an old folks home. I've kind of decided after eating at three Mexican places in Missouri... YALL don't know what Mexican food tastes like! Thank goodness I know a few basic dishes, I would go into withdrawal out here!
