Prices are decent, my wife's enchilada suizas were delicious and the Margarita actually had Tequila in it!! The only hiccup was the Nachos.... Asked about whether the cheese was "sauce" or actual melted cheese and was told it was sauce. I asked if they could use actual cheese instead and our server said no problem....... My Nachos Supreme came out with sauce and no actual cheese, didn't big deal it but definitely underwhelming for the price. Will not be ordering any of the Nacho offerings next visit, but we will be back. read more

My dad and I decided to stop in here Tuesday night. The place was nice and clean and the staff was friendly. The waiter just didn't stop by alot so at times the wait for refills was a little longer than most places. I got the Jalisco burrito and my dad got the Steak Ranchero. My food was your average authentic Mexican nothing special and nothing terrible. Just average. My dad steak ranchero was a tough skillet steak smoothered in some sauce and he said it was bland and chewy. The chips and salsa were just store bought chips and salsa. Went to eat there with my family and saw a very crowded restaurant with absolutely no staff wearing masks. Scratch that! Too crowded and we can't afford to take a chance like that. Now knowing that the cook staff were without masks too we still ordered to go. What a world we live in when we have to take chances like this . The food was packed well and the gent even double checked to make sure it was right, Got the food home and my steak burrito had steak and beans in it. That's it? I'm from California where Mexican chefs cook Mexican food in their traditional style. Not here. Mex Food for Gringos, bland, salsa was wet and red and nothing else. I get it, Missourians don't know Amex Food. They want something a step above Taco Bell and that's it! Fine, we won't be coming back, until they wear masks anyway. Always enjoy Jalisco's. The food is excellent and so many choices. Service is expedient and attentive. The margaritas are also excellent. It is quite a lively place and people seem to enjoy themselves. My favs are the nachos or the burritos. All burritos are quite good. My husband most always gets the Jalisco Royal. We come here at least once a week! We have had weeks where we were here four times in one week! I would say we like this location. The wait staff is always friendly and the food is always good! We have never had an issue with the food or the service. We highly recommend this location. Apparently through a lack of common sense and a faulty memory, my wife and I found ourselves back here. The waiter we got was pitiful. He acted like he was very hurried from the start, even though there were a lot of servers and the place was maybe a third full. We ordered our food (some chicken dish for my wife and fajitas for myself. We also got a bowl of cheese dipping sauce. He quickly returned with what I could only describe as something that looked like cheesy chicken soup. It was nothing like the cheese dip we have found elsewhere. We called the waiter over and told him to just take it back and remove it from the bill. He reacted fairly surly and took it back. I'm guessing there was a greater issue, because I saw him take back some more from another table. Either way, he never came back to offer refills, just giving us our check and walking away. The food was fair to middling, but yet again, the service stinks. My wife and I have since tattooed on our hands a reminder to never come back here again, lest we make a mistake and return. The food here is very good and inexpensive. The menu has a very large variety. We often order take-out here. The restaurant itself was in terrible shape, but they have been remodeling and the remodel looks like it will be a very nice place when complete. read more

Well, my review is mixed. The food is ok, but if they have any kind of crowd at all stay away! The staff doesn't seem capable of handling a semi full or full house. Last time we were there we waited over 20 min before we were even asked what we wanted to drink. Very typical typical Mexican. Nothing out of the ordinary. Always receive hot food, in a timely fashion. Service is not very good, often slow on refills and you have to ask twice for things. VERY reasonable on price. A couple can easily eat there for $20 including tip. The lunch specials are even better a quick $15 for a couple, I and out in less than hour. read more

Had a really good and fresh dinner here. I had a really cheesy quesadilla suprema with mushrooms. My son is obnoxiously picky and had a burger. The food was piping hot and out quickly. The salsa was a bit spicy which was good for me but not my son. My sweet tea was the only problem. It was a bit watery and I should have gotten water.
