This is Vegas's newest hot spot! This place is so friggin cool - to get to the "underground" you need to go through a corridor and then take a freight elevator down to speakeasy! They have live music most nights and a large dance floor. They have creative light bites and unique cocktails mostly all made with tequila. We didn't try the 24Karat $100 cocktails or nachos but the people next to us did and said it was worth it! This place is perfect for those wanting a few drinks and a club vibe without having to pay the big bucks for the Vegas mega night clubs. If you meet Bobby at the door tell him the password "Spaghetti & Meatballs" and he'll show you in! Have fun!

So I came here for a private event on a Thursday. I also wanted to check this place to see what the hype was from instagram. Finding the place wasn't too hard since there was someone there in front. The mural was beautiful when you first take elevator down. The chairs and decor was nice with the tequila bar area. Very big and spacious. Staff were very professionally and service was on point from managers, the servers, bartenders, and other waitstaff. Food was catered by Resort world. The only thing I liked was the itty bitty fresh tuna taco bites. They had mini veggie and meat empanadas which were okay..not much flavor. Drinks were watered down...not to impressed but I guess when you have an event that's open bar- they had to cut budget somewhere. DJ really was not all that great. He totally failed. I get it that this was a mixer but play some dance music. If the event called for background music, then they could of just played someone's iPhone and hooked it up to the speakers. However, I read in some of these reviews that the DJ can also be playing so loud that people can't hear themselves talk. There has to be a DJ that can be decent out there. I gave 3 instead of 4 because this place seems like a great concept but I'm not sure what this place is going for? Is this a speakeasy, a lounge, or a club? I frankly was not really that impressed like these instagrammers where on IG to hype this place up. I commend the great service and the ambiance. That was pretty much it. I also read on here they stop serving food here ? Not sure if that is true but that would be bad. It's what would get people coming here! Additionally, they are not opening anymore on Thursday since the attendance is low per the managers. They will only open Friday and Saturday. My suggestions- if you want people to keep coming, I would say keep the food and change it up. Make it specific for Jalisco so more reason for people to check it out. I would not completely turn it into just a hangout area with drinks since you would be competing with every party place in Vegas and you would have no food! Get a new DJ. Maybe then this place has a chance. Thanks for the experience. Looking forward to improvements.

Absolutely love the "secret underground" vibes this place gives off. My husband, girlfriend, and I decided to give this place a whirl after we attended a show at Resorts World. Being a Saturday night I figured this place was packed. When we arrived they told us it would be a 30 or so minute wait. I was shocked when not even 10 min passed and we were in. We were walked downstairs where it's a very dark, speakeasy type bar and a lot of open seating with tables or booths. They also had a Dj playing all kinds of fun dance music. Now for a Saturday I did expect the place to be a bit more poppin. But was excited we were able to get in in the first place. We were promptly asked what we would like to order. We stuck to drinks since their kitchen closed about midnight and we didn't want to make anyone work late. We opted for the grapefruit palomas, and holy fresh! They were so good. We wanted to keep drinking but decided after an hour it was time to go. The manager Esteban was also super nice and gave us his number for the next time we would like to come back. Super cool and definitely will be back for those Palomas! I would love to check out their food as well. I only docked a star because the prices are a bit crazy. But being the strip we pretty much expected it. Thanks for a fun time!

I know it's still new, but after learning the food comes from Wally's I had a higher expectation. The ceviche is absolutely bland. The guacamole is good but the waste of avocado in the shell bothered me because I hate wasting food and avocados aren't cheap! The wagyu tacos were good but when you put the name wagyu my expectations are high! The octopus was incredibly tender but I couldn't decipher which bite was what. It's a great vibe and the tequila selection is incredible. They recommended El Christiano so I had a few cocktails with that. But I can't say I'd willingly come back without an invite.

This place is dope! Unexpected live music

How cool is this hole in a wall. Left The Gatsby and came across the doors to this place; so I was like "lets check it out!" And was pleasantly surprised :) Went up or down, idk some elevators and ending up in a showroom - With live music -- GOOD LIVE MUSIC, at that!

This place has so much potential, but marketing clearly did not do it's job. Is it a speakeasy? Could very much be! The dead give away is the banner and the person at the door, but the hallway, the mirrors and the elevator..... Such a vibe! I heard about this place from a friend and I am always looking for new spots in vegas. Of course I got a tequila drink from a TEQUILA bar. I had faith because they had some good tequila selections but I was taken back when I saw teramana on the bar...... I got the cantarito and regretted it. The dj played good music until he didn't. It's a tequila bar... We walked into him playing bad bunny and other reggaeton songs but soon faded to radio music. One drink and I left. The place only had three other parties sitting on a Friday night.

Had lots of potential, speakeasy and tequila are popular and the entrance in was novel. However, one we entered in the music was off and unbearably loud. I think the music also drove everyone away since it was pretty dead for a Saturday night. Was contemplating leaving right away, but figured at least we get a drink. The cocktails themselves were done right, though some of there glasses were cheesy with lights or etc. we ended up pounding the drinks fast so we could leave the horrid noise and headed to Zouk.

There have been few places in the world we have had the pleasure to visit that leave us speechless, but Jalisco Underground is one of those and so much more! My favorite drink was the Mercado Caliente. It was the best spicy cocktail I have personally ever tried and the roasted jalapeño topping is like icing on the cake. For food, we splurged. The Hundred Dollar Nachos were unbelievable. I love both truffle and caviar, and to put them together was pure heaven for my tastebuds. The ceviche was just as tasty with the greatest of balance between flavor and texture. This is a winner for sure! The Tuna Tartare Margarita was divine. The serving on a lime with the right amount of remaining segment made the flavors pop. Truly the best of its kind! Lastly, we tried, by recommendation of our amazing server, the Wagyu Steak Tacos. I am a fan of a good Wagyu steak, but the meat on these tacos was in a league of its own. Delicious and delectable! I can't close out this review without mentioning the live music. It was on par with the best of stage performances and worth the visit alone! This will be a new regular indulgence for us without a doubt! See you there!

This sexy speakeasy has lots of space, beautiful decor, the DJ was ok. To get there, you walk through a mirror filled walkway and take the elevator up where you're greeted by the host. The drink are pricey though and the menu is limited.

I went to Resorts World for a concert and CeCe from Here Kitty Kitty told me to go check out their newest speakeasy "Jalisco"-so my friend & I walked over. Unassumingly cool door guy in a dark suit, Bobby, took us down a long windy dark romantically candlelit mirrored hallway to an elevator. He said to take 2 rights and then we were greeted by Serge who escorted us to the bar area. Wow impressive! I admit I am honestly not easily impressed but this underground speakeasy is super chic, unique & oozes sexy vibes. Ceiling high liquor bars w/a moving ladder to reach the classy brands via the beautiful bartender Nikki. I had Jared, the bartender create a drink for me and it was definitely different and sweet with a hint of spice. All of the staff we interacted with were super friendly and knowledgeable, so I will definitely be back. Drinks are on the pricier side but typical of the Vegas strip. $13+ for beers etc and $18-$23+ cocktails. They have comfy booths w a $ minimum and dimly lit tables, a stage and tonite there was a DJ but I have heard they have live music as well. Music was a mix of old school hip hop jams and Latin dance. They just opened @ 2 months ago and overall it is a totally unique experience...you forget where you are for an hour or two. They also have a food menu so I need to find a cute date to bring me back so I can try the lobster quesadilla ($40)! This is the kind of spot that you almost don't want to tell people about because it's so cool, but I will spread the word anyway. :) You're welcome! I Definitely plan on going back next week when my Cali friend flies into town. *Will add more photos as I go. Stay tuned!

Discovered this speak easy unexpectedly and fell in love with the tequila selection and entire vibe. Service was very personable from the doormen to the bartenders. The added bonus was the live entertainment with large dance floor. I didn't get a chance to taste any of the food only the drinks but the next time I visit Vegas they I will be back!!

Cantarito, Fruity Excursion, Coco Loco, Dj Music

Disappointed nothing to do with the name whatsoever! No Mexican or Spanish music played at all & Drinks were horrible on top of that. Service wise only 2 people on waitress & one bartender running the place & definitely don't know how to make a good drink yet since we all hated our drinks. Don't recommend

As someone who loves all things quirky and unusual, The Golden Tiki has always been right up my alley. When a friend came into town and wanted to celebrate her boyfriend's birthday, I thought it would be the perfect place to kick off our evening. I was able to make an online reservation just a couple of days in advance, which was quick and painless. What I didn't realize was that they offer a weekday happy hour and live music! We were seated in "Bull***t Corner," which turned out to be the perfect spot. We had a great view of both the bar and the entertainment, making for a lively and entertaining atmosphere. Also, can't forget to mention the service. The hosts were fun but our actual server was absolutely hysterical and fit right in with the fun. She kept us laughing throughout our visit, while also being incredibly attentive. Despite the busy atmosphere, she made sure our drinks were flowing, checked on us regularly, and made sure everything was taken care of. It's not often you find someone who can be both entertaining and genuinely great at their job, but she pulled it off effortlessly. Our guests were genuinely impressed, and everyone had a fantastic time. The drinks were excellent as always--I honestly don't think I've ever had a bad cocktail here. I haven't had the chance to try their food yet, and we decided to stick with a few drinks since we already had dinner reservations elsewhere, but after this visit, I definitely plan on coming back on a weeknight to order from the food menu. If you're looking for a fun, unique Vegas experience with great drinks, and plenty of personality, The Golden Tiki is always a solid choice.
