The 18% tip was added on one receipt and the other receipt asked for tip making, so I gave twice the amount. Becareful. Party of 6 or more automatic tip.

1/9/26 A friend and I came to Jalisco for the first time--it was a Friday night, around 7 PM. The restaurant was pretty busy, there was a wait of about 15-20 minutes and it seemed like more people came in after us and the wait got longer as the night went on (fizzled down around 8:30 or so). Seating is nicely spread out with a variety of table sizes for bigger or smaller parties. They have TVs all around the walls showing sports and other things if you're looking to catch a game while eating. They also have a small bar area with about 10 seats or so. Service was amazing, we were really impressed. Once we were sat, drinks came out and our order was taken quickly. We were checked on by multiple staff throughout the night and they were also quick to get refills and pick up dirty dishes. I ordered the Tampiqueña plate--steak with two cheese enchiladas under it, refried beans, and Mexican rice. It was delicious! Steak was tender, the enchiladas under it were a good addition and the beans and rice were also good! Plate is also pretty big, good portioning for the price!! It came with a salad (meh, not into salads) and I had an horchata. Overall a great first experience. I hope this place has continued success--they apparently opened a month or so ago. I will definitely be coming back for some drinks and more delicious food off their menu!

A few weeks ago, I went to the grand opening of Jalisco. It really was a great opening. Every seat was filled. Drinks were strong and the food that's delicious! I also noticed they were generous in the serving size. Right next-door is the Whiskey Girls. What a perfect marriage of businesses. Parking is not an issue plus the gas station is right next-door. Enjoyed the the city arrangement in a large capacity dining area. Makes for a grand afternoon or evening for food and drinks.

Tried this place out during lunch. Nice spot in Manor. They offer a variety lunch specials. Service and food were great. Can't wait to come back to try other items on their menu!

Happy to say I finally made to the newest spot in Manor and it was pretty dang good....Place is new, so its very clean...service was great...super friendly....The offer 3 different salsas...all were great...Queso was large in size, but needed some of the spicy salsa to wake it up....Wife went with the Beef enchiladas with Guajillo sauce....very light on the sauce, as most soaked into the Tortillas.....I went with the Chicken Enchiladas with Green sauce...spicy and tasty sauce...The chicken was breast meat and not shredded very well...was pulling big chunks as I was cutting the Chiladas...Beans were Bomb...absolutely delicious...As for the rice...hard to tell if it was under cooked or just sitting out and dried out...flavor was good...mouth feel not so much....plenty to try on the menu, so we will go back...very close to the house.

Came in just for drinks during happy hour and really enjoyed it. We had the margarita and the Cantarito. Both were solid, but the Cantarito definitely stole the show. If you go, order it. The vibe was great. Relaxed, fun, and welcoming. The staff was super friendly and made us feel comfortable right away. Perfect spot to grab drinks and unwind. We'll absolutely be back, and next time we're trying the food.

Mexican Martini. Will pass next time. Was more of a tequila & orange juice drink. (Heavy on the orange juice).

Really nice local spot. Inside - clean, roomy, plenty of tables with several TVs throughout. Would be a nice spot to watch games on TV while eating. Bar - full bar service. We had the Mexican martinis - unfortunately, was not a fan. They did not taste nor look like Mexican martinis - way to heavy with orange juice flavor. Next time, I want to try the Agua Fresca drinks. They looked great. A lot of people were ordering the margarita flights, so those were definitely popular on this night. Food - complementary chips & dip while you wait for dinner. We had the à la carte Tacos so we could sample a variety, and they were all very delicious - fresh, hot, nice portions & and very homemade delicious taste. Staff - all very friendly. We sat at the bar, only 1 bartender so he was pretty busy - had to flag him down when we wanted things, but that was to be expected with just 1 bartender when we sat there so no biggie. Summary - good experience & look forward to next visit to try more things.

The actual bar is to the left of the entrance. I love that they have a variety of drink specials as well as nonalcoholic beverages. I was hoping to get a taste of the food, but the kitchen doesn't open until 4pm. I would also suggest coming later if you want to catch a show from the live band or explore their seasonal mazes. There's plenty of photo ops, jenga, corn hole, pool, foosball, connect four, pacman, and a few other arcade games. This place is completely filled with 80s, 90s, and early 2000s' nostalgia. It's the perfect spot of tourist and for native austinites. There also a lot of vintage signs from old stores and restaurants that were local to austin as well. I would say this spot is worth the hype! I also give bonus points for the shops & food trucks outside of the bar. The perfect place to hang out with friends and have some fun.

It was a cool vibe, seeing all of the neon signs and I'm sure if it was more lively, I would've had a better time and better experience. The drinks are decently priced, and the staff is extremely friendly. Being alone here gave some Zombieland, creepy vibes and I was kind of living for it. I thought they should have some events centered around that, but it's probably like that during Halloween. I would love to check it out again on a livelier night!

Once we were seated, we started with two glasses of water which had an odd aftertaste like unfiltered city water. Have to admit they have a very extensive and varied menu which includes steaks, burgers and health conscience meals, but was surprised they don't serve onion rings. I got the bacon cheeseburger which came with plenty of bacon, but no lettuce or tomato. The fries were nothing special and needed plenty of ketchup to make them interesting which is why I was hoping for onion rings. The wife faired better with her chicken fajitas. She was happy with plenty of sides and lots of guacamole ($3 extra charge). Dropped in to kill some time and grab a bite to eat... and left super impressed yet again! The vibe here is perfectly laid-back....chill atmosphere, no pretension, just a spot to relax with great drinks and food. Shoutout to the beer master Eric behind the bar! He's incredibly knowledgeable and clearly passionate about what he pours. He shared this awesome line that stuck with me: "Every good beer has a story, and the story should be told!" Made the whole experience feel more personal. I went with tap #13, Juicy Fish--a hazy IPA from WeldWerks Brewing Co. at 8.6% ABV. Wow, what a juicy, flavorful beast! Packed with tropical hops, smooth, and dangerously easy to drink for that ABV. Definitely hit the spot. For food, I had 5 wings tossed in the Blazin Ghost Pepper sauce. It's described as a smoky blend with mild ghost pepper heat, and it delivered exactly that....great smokiness upfront, building warmth without incinerating your mouth (perfect if you like heat but not torture level). Wings were crispy, juicy, and tender too. Rounded it out with the Carnivore pizza, loaded with meats and just the right amount of char on the crust. Hand stretched and fresh, it paired really well with the beer. If you're in the Pflugerville area and love craft beer (especially with knowledgeable staff who actually talk about it), wings, or pizza, this place is a winner. Will definitely be back again and again to catch more of the rotating taps and hear more stories from Eric! Get em while you can. They are Beer today gone tomorrow.
