There is visible food and stain still on the inside of all of my cabinets on the top of the fridge on the fridge doors. I'm having to go back and re-clean everything despite paying $500 for this service. Not only was the cleaning sub par - they spent 6 hours here 'according to them' and did what? I mean clearly NOT a deep clean. I am extremely disappointed and feel completely lied to, gaslit and taken advantage of because we were out of town when we ordered the service. However, once that headache was resolved, we did make the RIGHT DECISION to partner with SERVPRO to complete the repair portion of the process and thank God we did because we had the privilege of working with Mr. Gordon Brown, General Manager; SERVPRO. From the beginning, Gordon took the time to insure we had a clear understanding of what the repair process entailed including potential "surprises" that might arise given our particular situation and his vast knowledge and experience that he had accumulated over his career in the construction industry. I could go into exhaustive detail and cite numerous examples of Gordon's promptness, attention to detail, ability to delivery, and just creating a comfortable working relationship with my wife and I but I won't. He will take your business but will not do the work for months and months and he won't even be upfront about it. He would tell you couple weeks and before you know it it is three four months and the work is still not done and you don't even have a date on when it will get done. And if you make a mistake of calling him to ask when he would come to do the work, he wouldn't answer calls for weeks and weeks. And when he eventually answered, he was disrespectful and rude you he was yelling, screaming and swearing. LaValley's told me that Artisan was the sub-contractor they used, and LaValley's would contact Artisan on my behalf. This was in the early afternoon. I expected maybe I'd get a call within a week or so about it. By mid-afternoon the same day, I got a call from Clay at Artisan. I was amazed I got such a prompt response. Then he amazed me further by asking if he could stop by in half an hour or so. So he showed up in about half an hour. I expected it to be a sales call and that they would schedule whatever service and parts my doors needed. Nope; Clay fixed the doors on the spot. Another half an hour or so later, my garage doors, one in particular, were working better than they have in many years. Clay was also very personable, friendly, and helpful.
