Went with a small group on a Friday night to celebrate a birthday. $20 cover for men, $10 cover for women (cash only). Security folks were real cool and we were inside after a short wait in line (maybe 2-3 minutes). Once inside the vibes were chill, the music seems catered to an older 40s+ crowd, but I'm knocking on the door of 40 so that was fine for me. What wasn't fine though is how bad the service is, one of the bartenders must have been on pills or something because she was the slowest I've ever dealt with, I'm talking 5 minutes for her to make 2 simple drinks. She also skipped over my group to help someone who walked up that was her friend. We got our drinks and found a table outside. Spent probably an hour here, the vibes outside were what you expect from most bars like this in Tampa. Very few people dancing or having a good time, most are standing on the wall trying to look cool or scrolling their phones. The DJ wasn't the problem, the crowd was. Food was pretty bad as well. They should just hire some food trucks, the wings were disrespectfully bad.

A bread basket was placed on the table but there wasn't enough for each person at the table so they had to get more. The salad was basic but the balsamic vinaigrette was good. I had the filet mignon for my entree which hit the temperature of medium rare I wanted but overall some pieces were tough because it seemed like the silver skin was not cut off. The crème brulee was tasty and had real vanilla bean. Also, as we were in the wine room enjoying our private event, the staff were taking bottles of wine out from the wine wall in this room and passing it thru to another staff member. This room is not completely private as one wall is about 6 ft high. As they were placing wine bottles on the ledge between the hallway and wine room, one bottle fell and hit my nephews arm. I'm not sure why they were doing this with a private event going on. They could easily went thru the door. To top it off, they were not apologetic about this incident either. Parking is available in the garage and make sure to ask for parking validation. Jackson's will cover your parking up to 2 hours.
