I brought a book and read to kill some time, but they also have TVs throughout. They had stools and a bench. Very pleased with the experience and my bedding is now looking and smelling brand new!

Two change machines up front. There's a restroom in the back - the door wasn't labeled, someone happened to leave the door open. Sink in the back as well but the paper towel dispenser was empty. Large folding tables. All of the front loading washers are new - sizes ranging from 3 to 8 loads. I never bother with the top loading washers. I used the 6 load washer and it was $4.75. Most of the dryers are new, 25 cents for 6 minutes. There's a lot of unused space in the front, maybe the owner is going to add more machines?? Big parking lot, the curb is green right outside. Vending machines for washing supplies in case you need something and a drink machine. A few chairs in the front to sit while you wait for your laundry.

A couple of weeks ago I started two identical model washing machines, one of which was #28. They're located close to each other. One finished at the expected time, but #28 still had about 15 minutes left. I thought maybe someone had opened the lid to check it and forgot to restart it after closing it. Today the same thing happened again. The timer was stuck at 15 minutes and the machine kept filling with water. While it was running I was putting other loads into the dryer, and the employee was helping another customer. By the time she finished, about five more minutes had passed and the timer was still stuck at 15 minutes. I explained the situation and asked either for a refund or for the load to be covered since the machine clearly wasn't operating normally. The employee insisted the machine was working properly, and we went back and forth for a bit. Meanwhile, another 10 minutes passed and the timer still hadn't moved from 15 minutes. Eventually she agreed to cover the load, but only after I mentioned that I would leave a review and file a complaint with the BBB. I've been a customer here for years, so it was disappointing that it took that much effort just to resolve an obvious issue with a malfunctioning machine.

Finally, when I did get ahold of somebody, I was told that they didn't have any way of helping me. That they couldn't get somebody to come out there and help me until 9 PM remind you, it's like after 10 AM. And I need my clothes!There would be mold and mildew by then from them, sitting in water! All of my clothes were in. That washer, so I had no choice but to try to get the clothes out myself. Since I couldn't get any help, then I was told that there was help. Available from one of the attendants that was there, which that was a lie.There was nobody. Not a single person working!! I messed up my hand on top of that, because since I got my clothes out of the washer.That wouldn't work.I then ended up having to wring out my clothes all by hand!! After we dried our clothes, I was pleasantly surprised at how clean they were. The other lady works at the smoothie place next store. She was kind. We bought a smoothie from her store. OMG, the coconut, pineapple and honey smoothie tasted so fresh and yummy. I saw and heard her talking to the 3 men outside of the laundromat. They were either drunk or high. I used to wash my clothes sometimes twice and rewash them and soak them here. I hadn't been here for a year and I recently came back and they have BRAND NEW WASHERS. These washers wash incredibly good. I no longer have to use the top washer. I use the front loading washer now. It has a setting where it pre-washes the clothes rinses them and then I add detergent and it washes it a second time for me. It even has a setting where it'll wash your clothes essentially three times and rinse it twice. It has a setting where it can wash your clothes for almost 40 minutes. My clothes smells so fresh when they come out I use Purcell detergent and I started using borax the laundry booster. And a new rinse additive. I only pay a dollar more to double and triple wash my clothes sometimes two dollars more depending but it's very affordable. You don't have to worry about mold in the washer from an old washer or eating your coins and having to try to figure out how to get your money back. My clothes come out smelling fresh like the detergent I use as opposed to stale like they need to be re-washed again. It's amazing! I highly recommend.
