They open really early they have the big washers with I love because you can fit a lot more clothes in them. They only have 4 large dryers but honestly since they keep up the maintenance on them I feel they dry pretty well.

For twenty five cents to dry, you get only four minutes. Some other ones only give you three minutes. My clothes ended up getting stuck in one of the washers' and I couldn't get it out for forty five minutes. I called the emergency line.No one answered. I text multiple times no one answered. Finally, when I did get ahold of somebody, I was told that they didn't have any way of helping me. That they couldn't get somebody to come out there and help me until 9 PM remind you, it's like after 10 AM. And I need my clothes!There would be mold and mildew by then from them, sitting in water! All of my clothes were in. That washer, so I had no choice but to try to get the clothes out myself. Since I couldn't get any help, then I was told that there was help. Available from one of the attendants that was there, which that was a lie.There was nobody. Not a single person working!! I messed up my hand on top of that, because since I got my clothes out of the washer.That wouldn't work.I then ended up having to wring out my clothes all by hand!! I spent more than four hours at this laundromat, to wash a couple of loads. Management has poor customer service.The laundry mat sucks.They're overpriced.I would not recommend anybody to come here.

Which means ALOT of the machines are reserved and not available for outside customers. Why not do the outside clients laundry after hours when nobody is trying to use the machines? Then instead of taping off TEN machines- you'd have every machine avail. Wouldn't that mean faster turnover at night? We've already found another Laundromat down the road. It's a shame because I've been going here for 10 years.

Then throw $1.25 in the dryer which buys me 35 min which on high heat works well for me. The one and only time I had a problem here was my fault. After waiting my normal 30 min on my laundry I was ready to dry my clothes only to find out the smelled like dirty laundry. On furtherinspection they looked like dirty laundry. Evidently I failed to hit start button. I reloaded machine and hit start. No need for additional coins since none were used 30 min later they were ready for the dryer. Then 35 min later they were ready to be folded or hung. They came out fine as always. The owner isn't particularly friendly. He's not rude mean or unfriendly, He's just not friendly. Perhaps because he's there to clean up the place, cash out machines, and preping the place to close. He did allow me to park over night once when my car failed to start. So with all the positive I've said why 4 stars instead of 5? It's a cultural thing. Just as his all business deal with me is cultural. I expect to be treated as a friend or family when I'm a regular somewhere. This hasn't happened and I've been coming here for years. Not once has he ever spoken to me first. Never asks how I'm doing. She got upset when I told her that the machine is showing Error msg. She got up apparently upset probably because I disturbed her from her personal phone calls. She opened the machine and asked to move all clothes to the next machine. You need to do it. I have a blanket when it is dry lighter than a feather blanket. However, when it's soaked with water it feels like a toned. She was standing next to me. With her hands on the waist line as if she is there scolding a child.Her voice is very loud and attracted attention. I will never go back that Eco Laundry, will never recommend her In any other person. Even to my family. Avoid it at all cost. This is my first time to used that laundromat. I hope the owner see this negative review . And no other customer will experience such a negative interaction.

There was a lady at the counter for the dry cleaning area, which is a separate room from the laundromat area. They had a fairly quick turnaround for my dry cleaning and from what I can tell, they did a great job on mending the hole. It was a short visit, but I would come back if I need my dry cleaning done.

I would have normally gone further out to my trusted laundry mat for my comforters but the last time I was there most of the washer and dryers were out of commission. Came here and was able to use the big industrial size dryer and even though it cost so much for little time it did save me in the long run not having to drive across town. Staff here friendly, customers bring there things in and sometimes will leave and come back for them. It wasn't a problem this time, but I could see that if there were many customers here this would be. Would I recommend it yes, there's even a little mom and Pop shop across the parking lot that you can go over for snacks or lunch. It's a good area not too busy today. Give them a try if ever in the El Cajon area and thank me later.
