I've never done laundry at a public laundromat in the states. I will say I was confused initially. I came in to wash a huge douvet/bedding. I used the 6 loads (big washer-$7.75 for normal dirt.). My bedding was a little dirty so I did the $8 load. I paid with my phone. Downloaded the app. Set the payment through the app and it was super easy! There were instructions on the side of the machine on how to use it. It was fast! 27minutes. I brought a book and read to kill some time, but they also have TVs throughout. They had stools and a bench. Very pleased with the experience and my bedding is now looking and smelling brand new! read more

I've lived in Lemon Grove since 1989. I've done laundry since I was 12 years old. I've never was turned away like I was today. I had several loads because I was spring cleaning especially for allergens. I walk in a didn't say a word. I had a huge bald male sitting behind the counter grilling me on my bag. I took a few seconds to process how and why he was asking me. I said blankets. He proceeded to tell me that he was trying to "save me time" and not bother looking for machines. I then told him I could see it was busy, but he was basically refusing me to patronize the service. I told him, I had been coming to that laundromat before he even hot a job there. I still needing to wash my loads went across town by the DollarTree. I'm glad this place cleaned itself up, but I don't appreciate someone asking me questions when I know what is and isn't allowed there. He didn't have a name tag, but I don't spend my hard-earned money where staff HAS NO RIGHT to treat me like he did. I called and emailed a contact request form and no one reached out to me. I've never been treated like this in a place where I follow rules. He's works in a laundromat, he's not saving lives. This place can pound sand. Apparently, Joe B takes only one sided positions. I said "blankets" and "Dude, I was patronizing this place before you even worked here" Mind you Joe B never bothered to make contact with me to get my side. I had one bag of blankets I was going to wash and JoeB has me breaking machines. I was refused service plain and simple. Stay away from this laundromat because they have people who take themselves much too seriously. Hey JoeB, run the audio on the cameras and let's find out who really was the the bad actor here. I just the wash and fold service on a few occasions and my items were professionally folded/packed and always ready ahead of schedule.

Very clean. The ladies here take pride in their work and location. Low ambient noise. Fresh air blowing through. Big machines. No space wasted on single load machines. Clean restrooms. read more

I've come to expect typical service at establishments like this but there are always exceptions. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and asked if I needed assistance. I informed her of the large comforters I was washing and she immediately jumped into action to help even sharing her Grandmothers laundry recipe with me. A very clean place to get some laundry done. The prices are decent, but the machines are fast and reliable. I love that you can pay through an app on your phone (no quarters needed). It's great there's an attendant present to help troubleshoot anything and to keep the place tidy. Free WiFi, but you need to get the PW from the attendant. read more

Has high ratings for a reason. I have laundry places closer, but always drive to this one. Their machines are always up and running, it's always clean here, and the app to use your debit card is so easy. Been coming here for years! Recently lost a necklace that I thought could have been lost while washing, so I called and left a message. Within minutes, they called back to let me know they were looking. The evening staff even went as far as to contact the morning people to ask. My first interaction with the staff and they went above and beyond. Great place! read more

I do my laundry here once in a while and I prefer this place than most. I like the bigger washing machines and it starts at $7 which is great plus it's about 24-30 mins for a wash. The lady working here this morning is nice and she helped me clean up my spill of laundry soap. If the machines eat your coin(s) they will also replace it for you. It's great that they have like 3 or 4 change machines for your bills. They also have an atm inside if you need to take out cash. It's always clean inside the place and it smells good. Hand soap and a sink is provided to wash your hands. There's plenty of seating inside and also carts. read more

Its not often that I have to use a laundromat, but while waiting through a disaster of a washer and dryer delivery, the laundry built up to a point where the laundromat became a necessity. If you've been to a typical laundromat, you kind of know what to expect: bunch of old looking machines, a few broken, and not an employee in sight... well that was not what I found here. I was immediately greeted by the attendant and she was very friendly offering help. The machines were pretty big and clean, the attendant was going around wiping them down as I was waiting. They even use an APP for payment so you don't have to carry and obnoxious amount of coins. Overall, great experience. While I much prefer having my own machines, it is nice to know there are some great options out there! read more

The moment you walk in the scent of freshness hits your nose! not to mention if your an early riser you'll sometimes be greeted with a coffee and the most beautiful soul. Glad it wasn't busy because about of the quarter of the machines had OUT-OF-ORDER signs on them. The attendant was super-nice and very helpful when I asked about how long the washers run and then how long it takes to dry. That might be information worth displaying for people so they know. Overall, the place was kind of rundown. I ended up cleaning the huge lint trap on one of the dryers (and believe me it was packed 3/8" thick!) so I could get a solid dry. I can only imagine that nobody else does this...but SOMEBODY should be doing this constantly if you want to service your customers. However...it's a quarters game. I get it, that's how you keep the lights on. Anyway...glad that the washer and dryer I used worked and spent maybe $5 for one load. read more

As soon as I walked in I asked the lady working for change she replied are you washing here? I said of course I wouldn't need coins if I wasn't going to do laundry.She went on about people coming her for coins instead of going to the bank. Then I said I came to wash my dog's bed she yelled "I need to see it we don't allow people to wash dog beds she follows me to my wash to look and said just this time!! I selected this location because the availability of the PayRange app advertised for virtual payments, but I encountered issues with the app. First, it didn't list most machines to choose from and then it wouldn't connect neither of the 3 washers I used or dryer. I'm sure staff would have been helpful but I'd prefer just not to talk to anyone and apart of the reason I chose this location based on app based payments anyway. The seating areas were somewhat limited, and the washers advertised for multiple loads appeared smaller than typical home washers based on how much I could fit in there. The dryers go for $.25 for 6 minutes but very large. On the positive side, the washers spin dry very well, the area was well-maintained, and both the staff and fellow patrons seemed very courteous and considerate. I greatly appreciated the presence of a bill breaker along with an ATM, which allowed me to do laundry without the need for $20 worth of quarters. read more

I use to enjoy going to this laundromat. It's not close to my however? It was always clean and the attendant was always on site. Recently, they've changed attendants, prices have gone up and it's not a clean as it use to be. Yesterday, while finishing up my laundry, I was accosted by a homeless person, inside. He walked throughout asking everyone for change. The attendant was no longer on site. I understand the price increase however, the quality does not match the increase. So disappointed because I enjoyed coming to this location. read more

I like that there is always an attendant there to help or answer any questions. They also keep it very clean. I also love the fact that there's a liquor store next door. A Jack-In-The-Box in the corner of the parking lot, and a Pizza Place in the opposite corner. You can't go wrong. They have plenty of machines. Quick and easy but the dryers did not clean our clothes first try so it definitely created a problem for a bit.

Walked in, I was initially overwhelmed by the size of the washing machines and trying to read the signs and a woman named Nancy noticed we seemed to be looking around and asked if we needed help, told us to bring in all our laundry so she could give a good estimate of which washing machine we'd need. She was friendly, honestly she's hilarious and just genuinely a great person from what I've observed and experienced, she helped us with the correct washing machine (we were literally washing everything in our house that could be washed soooo yeah, lots of stuff) we used those super sized 8 load washing machines and XL dryers. She helped us finished our clothes in the dryer because we were going to take half of it home to dry (which would take longer) but she was just all around great and the facilities are clean, well kept. I saw her shop off some solicitors in a way that was firm but kind. And like I said she's pretty funny. Overall the experience was great and pretty quick, we will be coming back if we ever need to again, highly recommend to feel safe, secure and all. Thank you Nancy! read more

Moved back to San Diego in 2014 and didn't have a washer & dryer at my new place. This was the first laundromat I found and haven't gone anywhere else since. Washers and dryers are always clean and rarely out of order and if they are out of order they are fixed fairly quickly. The staff is one of the kindest and welcoming staff you'll ever meet!
