Unfortunately, like so many other DB food trucks, The Spot suffers from thinking that adding Doritos and hot cheetos to everything automatically makes it better. The meats are very well seasoned and the consome for the birria was very tasty, but the addition of cheetos and Doritos is very offputting. The best dishes were the birria tacos and the steak crunchwrap (both without chips). We also got the Oklahoma Burger and it was so rich, decadent, and fatty that I could feel my blood becoming more viscous with each bite; so I'd say it's not a must have.
