I haven't been here in years, but my husband wanted to come here he was craving it lol... So I came with him... We're standing there for a couple minutes and no one would help us. Two employees were actually looking at us and wouldn't say anything, they were cleaning and the other one What's making drinks us to go I guess. No one even said hi or will be right with you or sorry we're shortstaffed. I personally wanted to leave from my husband insisted in waiting. Finally somebody came to help us. Came to the store while it was raining and they would not honor the $2 off that they have advertised outside. Melissa stated it had to be "raining" you can clearly see it is. This is a now false advertisement and will turn into a legal case because its the second time I have documented its raining and the advertised promotion is not honored. read more

Kaila M. at the Garin Ranch location is amazing! She offers great service and makes quality smoothies! Today I stopped in at lunch and Kaila promptly welcomed me in. She was a one-woman show, taking orders and making smoothies. Though she had a lot to do, Kaila still provided personalized service. There is virtually no customer service. Speaking of virtual, you order and pay at a kiosk. 1 kiosk. If you want to modify, forget about it. The entire process is frustrating and takes forever. If the person in front of you is struggling, everyone behind has to suffer. So inefficient ! The workers don't want to ring you up or help. They just 'expect' you to figure it out. Note: If any of the ingredients are missing, that entire smoothie will not be available as an option. For example, if the smoothie comes with a "boost" and they are out, ordering the smoothie without a "boost" is not an option. Terrible. Lastly, after enduring all the headache it takes to order at the kiosk, it prompts for a tip. The audacity. Understandable why this place is losing market share. read more

Jamba is a nice spot to always get refreshing smoothies or bowls. The food there is warm and tasty too. As a customer who has come here for about 9-10 years, I have some things to say. This place has gone down a bit, it's still good b ur first, they got rid of the oatmeal ( im sure it was for a good reason), but my daughters and I really loved that item. And the cheddar twist hasn't been having as much tomato sauce inside? Im not sure if that is intentional or not but we wish for that to improve. And the ambiance has a nice and friendly atmosphere and everyone feels welcome. We just had a great experience at Jamba Juice and it was all because of the employee; Landon. He was the only one working and the stream of customers was constant. The entire time we were there, he was juggling orders and customer service like a pro. I hope the store owner appreciates what an amazing and unique employee he is. My BF went to order 2 smoothies and the employee told my Bf there was no bananas for his açaí smoothie. She was so rude about it and my BF noticed there was a banana. He pointed to it and said isn't that a banana?? She tried to hide it. I ordered a watermelon tajin smoothie and what is in my smoothie when I was almost done drinking it, what did I spit out .... It was pieces of banana! My smoothie does not call for a banana! I'm not sure if she did this on purpose but she does not have any type of customer service values. I'm sure she did this just because it was close to closing time. Will never go again to this establishment.!! They need to hire some decent employees for this store!! read more

This Jamba Juice location is very rude. We received our 3 drinks which we all ordered as large but they gave us one as a medium. Understand this can happen as their music is loud (like other Jamba juice) and they may not have heard correctly. That said, we were willing to pay for the right size and instead of helping us a person with really long nails flips their computer screen around and taps the screen with her nails and says THATS WHAT YOU ORDERED. Then she flips it back and walks away. WOW! So rude, we are done with this place. I have heard from others that this place has gone down due to customer service and now I have seen it first hand. Disappointed how much they put in the Belgian waffle parfait that I ordered today. We requested the coconut whip and no blueberries. Just filled half of the bowl. Due to COVID-19 they don't allow customers to use the restroom. This should be against the law! If you are able to open a business to sell food and drinks, you should also be responsible to keep the restroom open. Jamba Juice chose to close the restrooms for its customers. Luckily, there was a 7-11 open that had immaculately clean restrooms available for its customers. read more

Bad attitudes. I know working at 7am on a Wednesday must suck in life but we all gotta do it so you might wanna make the best of it. A couple years ago this was my favorite place. Attitudes every time I walk in now suck. No greeting looked me right in the eye and nothing. I'm a pretty outgoing person so this doesn't work for me. Heading to the other Jamba on lone tree. Horrible experience. Imagine a sweat shop in midsummer. I feel awful for their employees. Kids working for minimum wage and under such poor conditions. It is hot and the stench from the fruits warming up in the heat makes it worse. We ordered at 3:30 and we waited For our order til 4pm. This may not be a long time considering they were also taking online orders. Those lucky ones who had the foresight to order online scored. It was an easy in and out walk for them. Had I known, I would've done the same thing; Lesson learned. My first time coming here and definitely my last one. This experience does not make me want to come back at all. The owner of this place needs to get on board and take care of this business and his/her employees. I counted more than 7 people who walked in and when they felt the heat and saw how backed up the place was, they just walked out. Forget this non-sense. read more

Disappointing visit today. I sure hope this isn't a sign of service decline at this location. I've never experienced this until today where names were not taken with the orders. Also, 3 others that arrived after us waited less than 5 minutes and they weren't phone orders. It wasn't until I mentioned the fact that we'd been there over 15 (yes, no excuse and we could have left cause it wasn't THAT busy), we were provided the smoothies that from the looks of it had been left sitting complete in the blender. He gave a measly "Sorry about that, ma'am." Lastly, when there is a special I've always been notified when ordering something that qualifies. Not this guy, he said nothing. read more

I love this Jamba location. Everyone is friendly and even if there is a line, it moves quickly. Very clean and big parking lot. They also have lots of hand sanitizer if needed and sneeze guards are up for protection. read more

So when I was in Brentwood feanding for my 16 Protein Berry Workout Soy with a Soy Protein boost I turned to my yelp app. The nearest Jamba is in Antioch? No way! I had to wait 26 minutes for 3 drinks and a pretzel. The Manager didn't thank me for waiting when my order was finally ready. There were 2 people making drinks and one at the Register. This was at 3:30, a usual busy time during the week. One man cancelled his order and said they took too long, he had to pick up his daughter. When I made a comment about needing more employees to prepare the orders, I was told by the manager that "they won't give me anymore." Their upper management needs a wakeup call. read more

If I could give this place no stars that would be great. I went there this morning and order a drink and 2 waffles. When my order was done and I received it, I couldn't believe that my waffles were literally burnt. I didn't want to complain in front of other customers so I'm writing this review and before I even wrote it, I notice that there was someone else complain about the same exact problem. If you can't toast waffles then you shouldn't sell them. This is unexceptionable and really need to do something about this ASAP!! I understand what everybody is going through with Covid but this is no excuse at all. read more

When getting there at around 8a, I thought the lace was closed because there were no cars parked around or in the drive thru. I have never seen this at any Dutch Bros!! while there for only a couple minutes, only one other car showed up through the drive thru. Pickup at the walkup window was quick and the people were nice as always. The Dutch Bros drinks could be pretty sweet, but since I only got a plain Nitro Cold Brew, this was not the case. Tasted lightly sweet, and had a smooth finish. Would come back especially if there are no lines!
