We have been going to Willy's Bagels for what feels like forever, and they have truly become one of those local businesses that feels like part of our community. From small family orders to larger orders and even renting space in their event center, we have experienced so many different sides of Willy's over the years. The food is always great, but what really keeps us coming back is the people and the way they show up for our community. We have seen them give back time and time again, support local families and organizations, and provide opportunities for our local high school students by giving them jobs and a place to learn and grow. That kind of community involvement means so much. It's easy to support a business when they're not only serving great food, but also genuinely investing in the people around them. I got a popper bagel with tomatoes and cucumbers. I could taste how soggy the cucumbers were on the first bite causing me to gag They looked like there were soggy/day old cucumbers on my bagel. I took them off the first side and trying to force myself to eat the second side, but it's disgusting. I expect crisp vegetables at 10am in the morning. We've tried this location multiple times and consistently had the same issues. The bagels are bad quality, the doughnuts taste awful and stale, the coffee is not good, the ingredients are very cheap, and the service has never been good. It seems like the egg they use for bagel sandwiches is kind of like shelf-stable "egg product", the sausage is kind of cardboard-esque, the bagels themselves lack flavor or whatever ingredients it claims to have, and even with a $3 upcharge the cream cheese portion is extremely small. Service has also been an issue. E.g. once I was snapped at that "we're closed!" despite the door being open, lights on, and customers inside. Standing briefly in line didn't warrant that level of response. All in all this location is not really worth it. My guess is the business doesn't care very much about quality because they're across the street from a school and get plenty of customers just from kids who want somewhere to hang out after school. read more

After getting bagels and coffee from Willy's for over 20 years, it was a recent visit with my grandkids that made me realize that this family owned business has now positively effected multi generations of our family. The grandkids are always excited to go. The staff is warm & friendly, unlike some places these days. We all enjoy their menu, but I do have a soft spot for their spinach/artichoke bagel and sitting outside on their patio. I've also taken part in several meetings in their meeting room and consistently received the same friendly service, even with a large group. Great family & place. read more

I've had this location cater a few events that I've had and everything is always beautifully presented. The house made cream cheese flavors are amazing, my family really likes the cinnamon and sun-dried tomato. I then went to order a few bagels and no one bothered to acknowledge me for about 2 minutes. Finally some girl looked at me and said some one will be with you shortly. I waited another couple of minutes and just left. There was no one in line and only a bunch of kids running in and out of the premises. It's obvious that all of these kids of various cultures are not raised correctly. There out there cursing and calling each other explicit names with foul language. This time too , we got the Santa Fe breakfast sandwich with double toasted bagels that had sun dried tomatoes. We also got the Spanish Omelette breakfast sandwich with double toasted gourmet Asiago bagels . Both were heavenly and splitting and sharing them was the perfect way to enjoy them!
